Jim and his crew are excellent workers; they finished the job well ahead of schedule and were kind enough to be extra gentle with my rental's older roof. He is very kind, professional, and helpful. It's very nice to find someone who takes pride in their work.

I found Jim's company via Google search. His reviews were wonderful and I was sold on his business being advertised as Veteran owned. I also appreciated that you can call and get a free estimate. I love a company where the owner actually takes care of you from beginning to end from talking to you directly to helping with the job. Jim was very nice in taking care of cleaning our gutters and downspouts as I called him late in the afternoon and it was done the next morning. His crew was both friendly and professional. He even went out of his way to help me find a contact to assist with some minor roof repairs. I will definitely use Jim again and would highly recommend calling Jim for all your pressure washing, gutter and roof cleaning needs. A+

Called Jim and the crew 3 years ago on a Saturday morning as the gutter above the garage was cascading onto the driveway. They showed up just before dusk and did a thorough gutter cleaning at a reasonable price and with warranty. Since then I have called them every year and always they provide a great service. They are even working on Sunday like today when they did a great job fixing a downspout that was overflowing at the top. Totally recommended.

Jim and his team pressure washed our home, cleaned our gutters and downspouts, and treated the moss on our roof. His prices were great and they did a wonderful job- I definitely reccomend them.

My father had used Jim Thomas Maint. for years to clean his gutters, power wash the house and power wash the moss off the patio bricks. I hired his team to clean and seal the concrete floors of a new warehouse my business was moving into. His crew did an excellent job and I highly recommend them.

I have used Jim Thomas Maintenance on my home roof and gutters and on a rental Dianne and I own. They did not disturb the composite roof's granulation on our home's roof nor did they damage the vinyl siding when cleaning it on our rental. I would use Jim and his crew again and not hesitate to recommend them for their specialty.

Jim and his crew came and helped us and cleaned our gutters at a moments notice. They did a great job and were professional. They also cleaned our roof and power washed our porch and driveway and did an excellent job. They are affordable and fair, my neighbors used them as well when they came out to our house for service.
