I signed a contract with this company on 03/11/2020,with a verbal agreement that the project would start the first week of April.Did not happen.Also I was told Tracey would see me before the project started.Did not happen.I called her several times on the 31st of March to no avail.It was also agreed upon that on a the project was started you stayed till the job was done.Did not happen.On the 6 th of April the job started and on the 9th no showed up.Back on Friday.On the 13th of April through the 16th,4 workers and on Friday I personally told them to leave.You have never seen such a mess of laying of tiles in your life.By the way it was to repaper the roof.Now I get an email from Tracey they there was A pre-lien filed on my home.Oh, yes thru an Attorney.What did that cost you $500.00.They now are at 244 hours on the project and a long ways to go.They finally got a guy by the name of CIRINO and his crew and it took them 72 man hrs to finish the mess they inherited.This job was a disgrace to the Roofing Industry.By the way Tracey in your e-mail you stated let’s get this job done in a professional manner.If you would have started that way I wouldn’t be writing this letter.
We have used Next Generation Roofing on two separate occasions. The first time was for a partial roof underlayment replacement and the second time for the full roof. We have found them to be completely prompt, professional and thorough in their work. On both occasions, the project supervisor assigned to us was Cirino. As the face of the company he did an amazing job educating us on their processes, communicating deliveries of materials and roll off, and making sure the project was completed on time to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Next Generation Roofers and have even recommended to our neighbors and realtor friend.
