We hired NxtGen Construction for 3 separate projects - complete interior painting, exterior power washing & painting, along with installation of new gutters.
So far, the interior has been finished leaving me overjoyed with the difference in the interior atmosphere. Family and friends have stopped by to see, noting how bright & clean the house looks. I live in a smaller sized home and this opened up everything!

Dave, the owner, has made this stressful process a BREEZE! From a timely no-obligation quote, to the completion of the interior painting thus far, I am so thankful we went with NxtGen Construction.

Next Gen Construction is a definite go to! We needed an estimate and opinion on our current roof. Dave came out quickly and was very honest and thorough. He took pictures, went into the attic and got on all levels of our roof. Dave provided us with an estimate, shared the pics and provided a letter stating our roof was perfectly fine. The only reason we would need a roof would be for cosmetic purposes only and there was still plenty of life left in the roof. Next Gen Construction is highly recommended!

We had several companies come out to give us quotes on new gutters with leaf guards. Dave of Next Gen Construction arrived at the agreed upon time, took measurements and gave us a fair quote. One factor I liked that stood out from the others was a guarantee that if they should clog, they will come out to clean the gutters. The installer, Ken, stopped by to take a look as well a day or two before installation to assess the upcoming job. Ken and another gentleman arrived on Saturday, were very polite and professional, and within about 4 hours, our job was completed with everything cleaned up nice and neat. Our new gutters look great, we now have several additional downspouts, and we are ready for any kind of weather. Thank you Next Gen Construction for your help!

We had new triple pane windows installed by Next Gen Construction, and they are wonderful! We immediately noticed a significant reduction in outside noise and heat coming in to our home. The installation was perfect and the crew was so helpful answering our questions and explaining the work they were doing. Highly recommend Next Gen Construction!
