Newport Construction Services' recent major roof repair work on the Potter School Condominium building is just the latest in an extensive list of successful projects they have executed for our condo association over more than 15 years. From parge-coating basement structural pillars to creating custom bookcases to re-seating a 130-year old floor whose footings in brick walls had deteriorated, NCS tackles projects small and large with creativity, professionalism, and energy. And they stand behind their work!

NCS replaced 20 windows and painted and stained to match my existing woodwork exactly. The crew were courteous, professional and experienced. Looking forward to Phase Two.

We had a truly positive experience with NCS when they dealt with a structural issue in our main living area's crawl space. A main beam needed to be replaced and the joists reinforced. Working in a less than comfortable location they completed the project on time, within budget, efficiently, and with a positive attitude throughout.
