I've personally observed Rowan take the reigns and manage complex projects over the years. Executing an architectural vision and delivering a building on time and on budget to the client takes a highly competent team. As a mechanical engineer I've been impressed with how the team manages the the specialized subcontractors required to build highly engineered structures. If I were looking to plan or build a commercial building or dream house they would be my first call.

The team at Farrar Associates is wonderfully civic minded and actively supports so many non-profit organizations. They give back to the community in so many ways and Aquidneck Island is a better place because of them!

I engaged Farrar & Associates in over $200 million of construction projects spanning 15 years. Jim and his staff completed all the projects on time and on ( or under) budget.

Farrar was grey to work with on our new commercial building. They worked with us from design through opening. HVAC requirements were very difficult and they worked with us to get the project within budget.

I am on the Board of a non-profit, and Farrar Associates did a complicated project for us that involved coordinating with many different abutters and everything went smoothly--no complaints. And on time! I give Farrar Associates 5 stars.
