Josh Netherwood and his crew are excellent. When I called he showed concern for my problem and within a day or so he had crew here in cold weather and forecast of rain. They immediately tried to locate and repair what they thought would fix the issue, but were unsuccessful. I called Josh and he sent the crew back which required some construction, replacing some shingles and recaulking and sealing. You can't even tell they were on the roof, but the leak is completely gone. Josh came from a previous roofing repair company and has a lot of knowledge and experience, as do his workers. He has just started this new company, and I recommend him heartily.
Without trying to sound over enthusiastic, my experience with New Roofs was all positive. From the initial inspection and quote to the finished job they were friendly, professional and on time. I would certainly use them again for my roofing needs. Don LeMond
