NJ Roofing did an excellent job on my condo building's facade (Hardie/Azek) and window replacement (Interstate) in downtown jersey city. We worked closely with John (the salesman) to come up with a cost effective solution to replacing our decorative facade without oversimplifying the look of the building. NJ Roofing was the most competitive & reasonably priced out of the 4 or 5 bidders we bid to many of which are well known in the area. The field Team did an excellent job during the install, working quickly but not at the expense of quality. They also corrected any issues pointed out without hessitation and held true to their scope of work.

We had a severe leak and water flooding caused by faulty gutters and poor drainage at our community building. NJRC came over promptly after being notified and diagnosed the problem and made immediate repairs. Highly Recommend.

Called this company because I've had 2 roofs done by NJ Roofing (out of Orange NJ)

The owner Jermaine always answers and he's always extremely responsive. Even when it comes to last minute emergencies. When I called the most recent time , it was a completely different experience. They kept saying there is no-one named Jermaine here. I proceeded to see when they can come out to take a look at the potential leak. I was quoted just under a week. Which was unacceptable given the circumstances, and damages occuring inside.

After doing some more research, I realized this company has the same name as the trusted company that I've always been using. I was able to contact Jermaine directly, and they were out the next day! My roof was made watertight that same day by them. Thank God I figured out the confusion. Also, the price was reasonable as always, even though it was an emergency.

Please do yourselves a favor and make sure you're looking for NJ Roofing out of Orange New Jersey, and ask for Jermaine. He's never let me down. And he's the one that I trust to do all my work.

I had an excellent experience working with NJ Roofing Company. From the start, they offered a competitive price and better options than the initial quote I received, allowing me to get more value for my money with new siding, gutters, windows, painting and a front door (vs just siding). They scheduled the work quickly, & the quality of the workmanship was exceptional - they completed a thorough removal and replacement of all old and damaged siding, and had great attention to detail.
They were thoughtful about making the construction site (my front and back yard) clean and free of nails, with the crew even receiving compliments from my neighbors on their cleanliness.
They encouraged me to resolve my foundation concerns ahead of completing other parts of the job that could have resulted in me being charged to do it twice. Coordination with them & my foundation contractor was easy to manage.

The boys came in on the same day we reached out. The warranty for any roof leaks that developed after 4 years was honored. We had a 7-year Membrane Installation Warranty on the flat roof at our place of business. After heavy August rain, the weak link developed and some torching and flashing was administered. A few months ago, I called the company to fix a leak on my roof. When its workers came, they also found an issue with my chimneys. They ultimately repair them, but they forgot to clean some cement that fell on the backyard ground. After contacting them, they swiftly send another kind and effective team who took care of all the dirty spots.
This company deserves my respect.

NJ Roofing Company did an excellent job on an ongoing water issue we had around our chimney and fireplace. We tried several times to fix our problem, with other companies, and it always came back. NJ Roofing did the work last spring and all is well! They even gave us a 3 year guarantee on the job which gave us much comfort. I would recommend this company. They were swift on getting back to me and always available to talk to.

A 7 star review is due for this very professional company and their work. We have a tile roof in NJ which is not common to have. They sent us a very good team to complete the repair in timely manner and very professionally. In addition we had a flat roof redone be another company and they gave us 10 year warranty. After only months after the job done, we had multiple leaks. We called them to fix it and they never got it right. Our garage ceiling and walls was damaged badly during the time we were waiting for this compony to fix their mess.
After giving up we called NJ roofing to save us and they came and redid the whole job in an extreme timely manner. Very professionally and we never had any leak since then.
In addition I need to mention that I had 3 other estimates for the flat roof job and their’s was the best by all means. So not only are they professional but competitive in their price.
I often struggle with contractors who do jobs around the house. My current struggle is with a pool plaster job that we just got done. So when I find a good contractor it is always a joy to deal with and give them the credit they deserve and make sure customers like us know about them to have a peace of mind when they get their job taken care of . Chuck at NJ Roofing did a great job on our commercial building. He was on time and stayed with the Budget.

Needed a repair job on our roof due to wind damage that led to a leak in our roof. NJ Roofing did a wonderful job providing all the necessary evidence to send to our insurance company. The work was completed in a day and you would never know there was any work done. The repair was blended in perfectly and now we don’t need to worry about rain coming in. Very professional and reasonable.

My roof was leaking and needed repair. We received about 4 estimates and chose NJ Roofing because of the professional thorough estimate and resulting report specifications. The roof samples given to us went above and beyond and all questions we had were addressed. We felt totally comfortable with them and they didn’t disappoint. The roof was done professionally and beautifully in just over a day. All the property was protected 100 percent. The gutters were changed and look great and work well. Highly highly recommend. Joe and Santana were fantastic to work with! Their team showed up on time, protected my house and bushes from falling debris, and they got the job done within a day.

After completion, they did a good job picking up nails and trash, but it was night when they did so it was reasonable that there was still some leftover the next day. Yet, they came back with a big magnet to pick up remaining nails and staples.

But it doesn’t stop there. I was an idiot and grabbed the wrong checkbook the day of the work, so both my checks later bounced. They were very understanding about my honest mistake and were patient while I transferred the payment to them as quickly as I could.

Even while that was going on, they continued to treat me like a VIP and Santana came back to fix a couple minor issues I had spotted with how two gutters were fastened and a piece of siding that needed to be nailed to the house up high. He put new clips in the gutters and fastened the siding.

Overall, they provided 5-star service and I couldn’t recommend a roofer more strongly.

I had few companies come out and give me a quote - I chose them - they gave me a very reasonable quote for roof repair, they did the work in one day, its been a year almost since work was done - I am very happy and referred them others too. good roofing companies are hard to find!

They were here first thing in the morning and worked long after dark to get it done efficiently. I would use them on everything to do with my home if they offered those services. I wish more companies were as attentive as them. I cannot recommend them enough and I am so happy I used them.
