After 20 years, my gutters and downspouts were in dire need for repair. I did research sent out bids got several companies. NJ Gutter was the most responsive and price competitive of the four companies who responded. They performed a thorough site visit including getting access to my roof and inspecting all of the areas. They didn’t just suggest swapping in new materials but improving the “pitch” of some of my gutters, leaf guards and the size of the gutters/down spouts. The “repair” team was fantastic. They were courteous, thorough, diligent and maintained a clean work environment. They also pointed out some additional “damaged wood” that needed replacing. They gutters/downspouts look great. I would highly recommend using them for any gutter issues you might have.

Great service. Had no problem setting up an appointment and they were out when they said they would be. Used them before and would definitely use them next time I need my gutters cleaned.

New Jersey Gutter replaced our 4 inch gutters with 6 inch gutters which is what we wanted and Jimmy agreed. The installers arrived on time and did an excellent job and the clean up was immaculate! We're sorry we forget their names but did make a telephone call to NJ Gutter to let them know our satisfaction!

Gutter cleaning. NJ Gutter has been very easy to schedule - flexible - and they do a nice job hitting the vulnerable areas and doing a nice job of cleaning up. And use their own equipment instead of messing with your hoses, etc.

I do not typically provide reviews of business' but in this case it is without question necessary. Jimmy from the start of the project was great to work with and very reasonable regarding pricing. With all the material increases happening in the market Jimmy was able to maintain pricing for the project even though it took well over a year in order to put the funding together. This project entailed the removal and re-installation of gutters as well as snow guards at a commercial property. To say the work was flawless is an understatement. New Jersey Gutter is a well run business and it shows. Jimmy as well as staff (Rachel) were a pleasure to work with and should we need any services in the future we will certainly be reaching back out to them. A+++++

The initial estimate went well. There was a bit of miscommunication that followed but once the installation took place it was well done. Installers were professional, fast and met my needs.

New Jersey Gutters replaced our existing gutters with new, 6-inch seamless gutters. The installation was done at the requested time to coordinate with other contractors. The work was done professionally and looks great. During heavy rains we used to have water running down the side of our house and mulch from our beds pushed into the grass due to runoff. With Ida's recent rains, we had zero issues. We'll continue to use New Jersey Gutters for cleaning and maintenance.

NJ Gutter responded quickly with a quote. Once agreement signed. I heard nothing. Had to call to see when they scheduled me. Response a month later. The day came and went with no show or call. Have since emailed twice and again no response.

Must be my job is too small to be worth showing up or respectfully decline the job.

We were scheduled for gutter installation at the onset of COVID-19. Unfortunately, due to government shut downs, our insulation was put on hold. We were insured that as soon as New Jersey Gutters was permitted to begin working again we would receive a call. That is exactly what happened. As state mandates began to be lifted, we received a call from New Jersey Gutters and asked if we were still interested in the installation. We scheduled a date and they came to the house and completed the installation. Everything worked seamlessly! Great crew of employees! We trust next to nobody in or around our house but felt completely comfortable with all of the employees New Jersey Gutters sent to our house. We will continue to use them for maintenance and repairs if necessary and absolutely recommend them to anyone needing anything from a simple repair to a completely new gutter system.

I hired NJG in May to clean my gutters. Cory was the representative I was working with. Apparently they did not actually clean my gutters throughly or at all, especially the ones for the upper roof. I did not check that they had actually cleaned my gutters, because who does that? You pay for a service and expect it to be performed. Fast forward to when we had a big rain in July my gutters overflowed damaging my roof and the bathroom below. The next day I climbed up there and checked the gutters and it was compleately clogged with leafs. I do not have any trees on my property nor were leaves failing from the trees at this time of year. The debris I cleared out from the gutter/downspout was clearly old and had been there for quite some time. I contacted NJ gutter immediately told them the situation. Khiry Brazil said she wanted to make it right. And that a crew would be come back to clean my gutters again. This has not happened. At this point at the very least the should refund me my money for the job they did not perform and at best their insurance should pay for the damages to my house. I have attached pictures of my gutters overflowing, leaves clogging the gutters when I climbed up there, and the damage it has caused my house.

After starting a complaint with BBB this business stared to make up problems that never existed and blamed the leak on that. Clearly my gutters were not cleaned properly.

We could not be happier with our new gutter installations. Their attention to detail was amazing. The owner “ Jimmy” really went out of his way to make sure the installation went flawlessly with many suggestions that improved the jobs . They showed up on time every day, cleaned daily and were all very polite. Not only did they install 6” round gutters, I had them install covers which totally matched my gutters.

I HAVE and will continue to recommend them in the future.

Seems like my experience has been the same as several others that posted one star reviews - I confirmed appointments 3 separate times and each time no one showed up or even called to reschedule. On top of that now we are going to get our first snow tomorrow and my gutters haven't been cleaned. Extremely disappointing "service".

They have been unable to show up to clean our gutters after we have called and confirmed the appointment repeatedly. This reflects on their terrible professionalism as they cannot keep their word. In no way can I reccomend a company who consistently says yes to scheduled cleanings but never shows. We are fed up with their lying and will now be searching elsewhere. Does anyone know an actual good gutter cleaner?

I thought the work was terrific from the team - Trevor and Eric. They were very diligent and conscientious about keeping things clean as they worked. Very nice job. Would definitely recommend.

HORRIBLE. Called for gutter cleaning and had an appt scheduled for Tuesday between 11-12. No one ever showed, called at 4 and was told complications at the previous job. Rescheduled for Thursday between 10-11. No one showed, called at 11:05 and was told they would get back to me on where the crew was. No one ever called me back, had to call them at 12:05 and was given the same excuse about a previous job. The main problem wasnt that we had to reschedule but the fact that i had to call them twice to found out they werent coming hours after they were supposed to be at my house. A little consideration would of been nice. I would of given 0 Stars if i could. Would not recommend. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

As always another great cleaning job. They said 2 to 3 weeks to be here and they were right on schedule. Update: there was an area on one of the gutters that began to leak after the cleaning. They came back twice to make sure that the problem was corrected. I have had leaders and gutters as well as guards placed on my home and office by these guys. Dealing with contractors is not one of my favorite things to do, but I felt compelled to write a review about my recent experience with NJ Gutter. Jimmy came out and handled everything like a true professional (don't see that these days too often). He inspected my home and made some awesome recommendations. I told him I was having the roof and siding done so he supplied color samples so I can have the trim color match the gutter color which came out great. Then he suggested we use "stone coated gutter cap" that looks like roof shingles and blends right into our new roof. He also corrected a water runoff problem I had on heavy downpour rains by suggesting a larger gutter & downspouts which again worked out great. The job was completed on time and as quoted with no nonsense. If it wasn't for his attention to detail and vast experience who knows what I would have wound up. After all who thought gutters could be this technically advanced? Thanks NJ Gutter Team!
