These guys do a great job!
To start off, there was no pressure from either Marlon or Corey. They are both easy to work with.
I've noticed at other roofing jobs the pallet of shingles sat in the yard for a week before the job or a week or so after. Not with New Image; everything was completed in one day. The dumpster was dropped off around 6:30am. The crew showed up around 7:00 and started removing the old roof. The new shingles showed up around 9:00. They said our roof was an easy job (a rambler with a detached garage.) They were finished with the roof by 2:00pm. The dumpster was picked up around 6:30pm.
The roof looks great! They even painted the chimney vent and power wire mast to match the shingles.
They cleaned up the yard and driveway so you would never have known they had been there.

New Image Exteriors was the first phonecall I made after my wife and I closed on our home to address the deferred maintenance issues our home had. It was important to us to keep our money local and use local contractors for our repairs. We've seen their work before and were impressed with it. Marlon and I worked out a plan as to which areas of the home and garage needed addressing to protect the longevity of the property. Beginning of this May Marlon and his team of hardworking skilled craftsman initially re-sided the garage, installed shake siding on the dormers of the home, and installed new soffits, fascia and gutters on the home and garage and that project turned out fantastic. He and his team also addressed woodpecker damaged siding on the home to prepare the home for a new paint job.

When our city was hit by a severe hailstorm at the end of May, Marlon was the first person I contacted. He and his team did a full roof tear-off and install on the house, garage and shed and completed it all in one day and did a stellar job. We highly recommend them!

New Image exteriors replaced our roof and all of our gutters this summer. The did an absolutely fantastic job. Marlon came out very quickly after my first communication with him and did a thorough inspection. He was able to expedite the start of the project as we were taking on water and leaks inside our house. The estimate was very reasonable and thorough and we knew exactly what the cost would be so we could adequately plan. The final cost came in just under the estimate - which rarely happens with major house projects! The crew were extremely nice and were respectful of our home and yard and of that of the neighbors. They were prompt and did a great job of cleaning up and keeping the project moving. Marlon was very responsive and made sure we knew what was going on at all stages. It was wonderful to feel so confident about the work being done for such a major project and the outcome was wonderful. The quality of the work was top notch. I would highly recommend New Image. White Bear near the cub and Home Depot I saw a nice well promoted New Image Exterior truck. Very nice promotional use by the way. Then the guy driving doesn’t think that the stop sign pertains to him and the turn signals are over him. He was also messaging on his phone while driving. This company hires people that do not think basic traffic laws apply to them, so imagine the laws and shortcuts they take on your home. If you really think about it, it’s scary. See how the owner's reply shows they do not care what the drivers do I bet they do not care what corners are cut on site. #KarenRunBusiness

We met Marlon at Home Depot. We were looking for someone to replace our siding and trim on our old 1946-1987 house. We saw his truck advertised siding and he was local. We took our chances and are extremely pleased that we did. Marlon and Pablo were a dream to work with. They were very knowledgeable and did excellent quality work! They had great attention to details, a very friendly crew, were very careful with our plants and landscaping, and explained everything clearly. They were very accommodating and patient with the changes we made. The final price was what we were quoted at the beginning. I highly recommend Marlon and his crew. Exceptional to work with! Marlin was very informative, knowledgeable, and easy to work with! When we were trying to decide which shingles and siding to go with Marlin knew what would look the best, so we took his advice and it turned out beautiful!

We worked with Marlon for installation of a new roof, removal of stucco soffits and replacement with aluminum and new gutters. He and his fine team handled our project with care and professionalism at all points. It was not an easy project and required multiple plan changes as difficulties and problems arose, as is normal in an older house. At each point that issues arose, Marlon thoroughly discussed potential solutions with us. Ultimately we ended up with a much better system, ridge venting vs multiple individual vents, proper insulation and a gutter system that properly handles and directs the flow of water off the roof. Couldn't be happier!

What I Liked was how friendly, competent and responsible this team was in getting the job done. They cleaned up each day without destroying any plants or shrubs. All stuff was put away at the end of the day. Your quote was what we paid and you took the time to explain what was needed and why. I have no reservations about recommending you to anyone.
