I reached out to New Generation Roofing for a quote after reaching out the 2 previous roofing companies, Miguel (owner) called me back within an hour after reaching out, a time was set for him to come out to my house for a quote that same week, with him accommodating to my availability.

Miguel inspected the roof, explained with details his recommendations and the process involved, Miguel's calm demeanor made me very comfortable to ask any questions and concerns I had. Miguel was the only Roofer who did not try to sell me something I didn't need like the other 2 companies I had reached out to, his professionalism and knowledge gave me the confidence to chose his company for the roof replacement. I was emailed a quote within less than 24 hours that was very reasonable and aligned well with the brands and materials that would be used..... my new roof was placed 2 weeks after.

Miguel 10 year experience met all my expectations. I was updated daily on the status and steps of the project that involved replacements of old plywood with new CDX, new shingles and vents, "New Roof Replacement". The crew was professional, detailed oriented and worked efficiently, most important the impeccable craftsmanship was "ON POINT". I am very happy I chose New Generation Roofing, I am very grateful for Miguel for making this experience so smooth. I will be recommending New Generation to Family and Friends and highly recommend them to anyone reading this review.

I needed a vent added to an existing 6 year old roof to accommodate a new bathroom fan. New Generation Roofing provided a good bid and got the job scheduled. Miguel showed me the new vent to ensure it was what I wanted and then got up on the roof and performed a clean installation. Very happy with the work performed at a good price.

When roof and gutter repairs were needed at one of our rentals in SE Portland I called a number of companies including Miguel at New Generation Roofing. Miguel was quick to respond, personable, knowledgeable, and did an AMAZING job within 24 hours. One of our tenants even thanked me for going with Miguel because he was WAY more personable and informative than anyone else that came out to assess the situation. I will only be making one call the next time we need something addressed at one of our properties and that will be Miguel with New Generation Roofing.

Working with Miguel was a great experience. Miguel was quick to respond, cordial and informative. He completed the bid and the work so he knew exactly what we needed. We ended up replacing the old roof flashing around the chimney, as well as much of the plywood base. He re-shingled the area and even painted the existing chimney flashing to match the new flashing. He also replaced steam vent and added a new attic vent where one needed to be. Overall I was super impressed and I highly recommend his services.

Miguel answered right away and we discussed my roofing concerns and issues.
A few days later Miquel came by and gave us an estimate to tear off 2 layers of roofing, replace a few sheets of plywood and to replace the siding on the upper part of my chimney chase, we approved right away. The price was great but most of all TRUST had been established from the beginning.
Miguel and his crew was very quick and thorough during the entire process and everything he said they would do was done including the clean up.
Miquel went above and beyond by performing a couple of extra repairs I didn't think of.

I am truly amazed and thrilled with the terrific job Miquel and his team did when they replaced my roof this week!! It took them less than 2(two) days to completely tear off and replace the entire roof on my 1100 sq.ft home.,They cleaned up so well- - it looked like they were never there! I LOVE my new roof!! This is a family owned business very easy to work with Miguel came out and gave estimate in Boring, Oregon there were no unexpected surprises. Did a fantastic job on my double wide home even added roof vents to help cooling. Give them a call you won't regret it. I'm very pleased with price and results.

I live in Troutdale and when my roof started leaking I called New Generations Roofing. Miquel, the owner, immediately came and put a tarp over the leaking area. The roof was fairly new and looked good but upon investigation Miguel found that there was no underlayment. Water was dripping down nail holes where tarpaper was visible between the wood slats. He had to remove the whole roof, put down an OSB underlayment, a waterproof layer and new shingles. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done and took pictures to show me both the problem and the process of reroofing. Miguel is very honest and easy to work with. New Generation Roofing did a great job with our roof. We needed some minor repairs and a roof cleaning. Miguel was great and completed all the work same day! The work was excellent and we definitely would hire New Generation Roofing again.

We got bids from three roofing companies to perform roof maintenance on our 2-year-old roof to clean off the organic debris, apply an algae resistant protection chemical, and make sure all roof penetrations to the house (wall cladding, windows, flashing, vent pipes) are sealed against water penetration, and if not, to seal them. Miguel with New Generation Roofing was by far the most reasonable bid. The other two bids were way out of line cost wise. Owner Miguel was also very personable and easy to talk to. He showed up on time to perform the job, did a good job, and cleaned up all the debris on the ground that he blew off the roof. We highly recommend this company to perform the services we used them for.

Miguel was super professional and responsive. They came and tore out our old roof and put up a new one in 1 and a half day and cleaned up after very nicely. Very happy with the quality of workmanship and would highly recommend.
