Hi, I would like to know how much knowledge does your company have dealing with rodent infestation and cleaning vents that has that type of waste in them. A steel pipe cleaner. That's all I got. Waste of time and money. They didn't show up on the first Appt. The second Appt were supposed to be here at 10am. Showed at 5pm. Then the third time, they were in and out in a little over an hour. Poor quality service and did not do what I asked them to do.

I was fortunate enough to call NERS to remove mold from my attic. Paula came and gave an honest estimate. it was half of what another company gave me as an estimate. Everyone was professional from the owners to the work crew. I highly recommend this company.

Company appears to use scare tactics. Still waiting for a call back, and a write up as to their "findings" Decided to get a second opinion from a far more reputable company who owns the NH State contract, and is willing to put their professional opinion in writing which completely refutes, and is the complete opposite of NERS findings. Not surprisingly, they attempted to upsell their overpriced services as a next step. My advice to you is to do your homework, or get a second opinion at the very least.

This was the first year we had such horrible Ice dams. I knew after this past winter that I would need to get some things fixed around the house...I alreasy had a new roof, however, I was surprised to find mold in my attic. I did not panic, I just called the experts at New England Remediation Services. Being a Home inspector, I specifically looked for "dry Ice removal" as I did not want to worry about the chemicals. That's just me. We were able to book an appointment quickly (within a week from the initial quote) and the folks that came to do the work were workaholics, They barely took a break until the job was done. Very impressive. They were done in a day and wallla...no more issues. My house is breathing correctly, new insulation and all the mold is blasted away. Nice to have a 3 year warranty! Great job. I will be sure to recommend your company when I inspect anyone's home if/when I find an issue.

We called NERS when we were concerned about some mold in the basement. The owner came right out, took a sample, and had test results for us within two days. No up-sell or scare tactics. She told us about several options to deal with it - including things we could do ourselves. Nice to see that level of honesty in business today.

This company absolutely goes above and beyond! It's so nice to know that some businesses are STILL all about the customer! I cannot even put into words the sincerity I felt from just SPEAKING to these genuine people. This is definitely a phone number for the fridge!
