The home we purchased was built by a custom builder on speculation - The gutters were installed by Ted's company and we discovered a leak about a year after they were installed. The builder provided us the name of the company for the warranty work and initially Ted the owner came to our home to determine next steps - he stated he would be back in touch. This was in 12/2024 and after many calls, messages including speaking with Hannah the receptionist out calls have been ignored and unanswered. DO NOT use this company for anything as they clearly do not stand behind their work!!

The worst customer service I ever receive from a company, I will not recommend them. Ted expects a higher standard of installation of his company with zero issues after it, but he's totally wrong. My house has a leak from his company installation that I still waiting on a repair for a year.
Call the office or leaves a voice mail is waste time and effort

Ted NEMETZ converted an older house I bought and converted it from an old 80’s look to a new, modern, updated, high-end home out in the country. They installed LED lighting, updated plumbing fixtures hurricane rated windows and doors with spray foam insulation in the attic.

They built a new 25 x 50‘ metal Garage with a 14 foot apron and it all matches the house perfectly!

This all took place during the time period of the hurricanes But Nemetz got it done with no delay and no surprise charges.
In just a few months we were able to move in to our new country home and we couldn’t be happier!

Ted is a man of his word and I would recommend Ted Nemetz construction to anyone looking to have good, solid work done at a fair in a timely manor
