Nelson Pressure Washing

I recently hired Nelson Pressure Washing to power wash my entire house in Greenbrier for $200. I was skeptical about the low price, but I thought it was worth a shot.

Unfortunately, the service did not live up to my expectations. The technician showed up on time, but that’s where the good news ended. The work itself was subpar at best. My siding looked dirty and streaked after they were done, and there were still stubborn stains left behind. I had to clean some areas myself because their equipment just wasn’t up to the task.

I know what you’re thinking - “you get what you pay for.” And in this case, that’s true. If you’re looking for a cheap pressure washing service, Nelson might be okay. But if you want actual results and decent workmanship, keep looking.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Nelson Pressure Washing. Despite their claims of being "professional" and "high-quality", they failed to deliver on even the most basic aspects of their job. The technician showed up late, didn't properly clean my deck, and left a mess behind. To make matters worse, their customer service is non-existent - I've been trying to get in touch with them for weeks to resolve the issue, but no one has bothered to respond. Overall, I would not recommend Nelson Pressure Washing to anyone.

Professional, reasonably priced and pleasant to talk to! Also showed up same day & did a great job cleaning my gutters. Definitely recommend!

The brick walls look refreshed, the dirt and stains completely removed. The driveway is spotless and looks like new! Under the porch, all the accumulated debris and dirt are gone, making the space feel much cleaner and more inviting.

Nelson's was professional, efficient, and took great care not to damage any of my plants. His attention to detail was exceptional, and was courteous throughout the process. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend this pressure washing service to anyone looking to revive their property's appearance. It's truly made a world of difference!

TJ did a great job power washing our house and cleaning the windows. He showed up at the time designated and had the outside of the house looking clean and fresh when he left. He took time to cover my plants and flowers so they would not be damaged in the process. I would definitely use him again.
