Royalty Roofing and Construction - Greenbrier, AR

We are looking to purchase a home in greenbrier, during our inspection some items came up with the roofing. I wanted to do due diligence so I searched for roofers in Greenbrier AR, and found Royalty Roofing and Construction. I am so glad I reached out, Nathan the owner was so kind, friendly, professional, and prompt to assist with my concern. They quickly did a free inspection of the roof and provided me insight that our inspector missed. I am so glad to have reached out to this roofing company and highly recommend. If we purchase the home and move there we will definitely be reaching out to them Gould we have any issues with our roof. Additionally they are just good wholesome people that make you feel like family!

Nathan and Kenneth were super kind in helping us understand the process from the beginning with insurance and to completion. matched our roof perfectly and were prompt and their crew cleaned up the mess afterwards, can't recommend them enough! The price was also extremely reasonable, honest guys!

After a large limb fell in our yard after a heavy storm, we called them up to have our roof checked out. I spoke with Tyler and he was very nice and informative about the next steps. He came out that day and looked around and sent pictures letting me know there is no damage but to watch out for some other branches that may lead to damage. I loved the honesty from him and how prompt he was during the whole process.

Excellent job, excellent service., and our roof looks so good. I appreciated the clean up effort as well due to us having dogs and grandkids. Highly recommend! We have a 5100 so ft house with a huge tall roof and the crew was done in 2.5 days. Project manager Kenneth Britton stayed on task and kept them going. Top notch service!

They did our roof and did a wonderful job. Finished in one day and when they got done they cleaned everything up. Used a magnet to pick up any nails around house and blew off our patio. I highly recommend their work. I have another home

My experience with Royalty Roofing and Construction was a mixed bag. While the work eventually got done, there were several concerning issues that are hard to overlook.
First, customer service was lacking throughout the process. It was difficult to get clear communication or timely updates, and often felt left in the dark about what was happening.
More troubling were some unprofessional behaviors from the crew. They were scheduled to arrive between 1:30 and 2:00 PM but didn’t show up until after 3:00 PM. When they finally arrived, they took a long break for a picnic before starting any work — one worker even ended up sleeping on my property.
To make matters worse, there was a child on the roof which was the crew leaders own daughter. This raised serious safety and professionalism concerns. Some crew members antagonized my animals, treated my property like a playground, and left a mess behind, including nails and debris in my animals’ water — a serious hazard that could have led to injuries. This behavior was frustrating and disrespectful. Items on our property were broken during the project. Attempts to bring these matters to the company’s attention were largely ignored or brushed off, adding to the overall lack of accountability.
I also asked for estimates on additional roof repairs for other structures on my property, but never received them or heard back from anyone. The lack of communication and overall disregard for my property and animals was very disappointing.
While the job may have eventually gotten done, the lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and safety concerns make it difficult for me to recommend this company.
