We used Neemann and sons for some storm damage to our siding and soffit. Despite it being holiday season, they were quick to come out and give an estimate, they were honest and fair with pricing, they were great with communicating exactly what needed to be done, they stayed in contact from giving the estimate until the work was completed, they got the job done perfectly with a fast turnaround from the estimate, and they were genuinely kind people. They have gained a forever customer with us! We would recommend them to anyone looking for repairs!

From start to finish, workers came early, were very polite and upbeat, and talk about the hard work and quality, they even corrected mistakes by the prior repairs made from earlier contractors in years past to make things right. Both Terry & Chris Neemann showed us and explained everything about the materials, repair process, and costs. they also came to the jobsite during repairs, and met with Ron Ahrens the job coordinator (fantastic hard working man), and they all worked together and made this a "easy peasy" process. We had Neemann & Sons do the siding, roof and gutters on our new build 10 years ago. Since then, our house has sustained damage from numerous wind and hail events. Each time we've called the office an individual was sent out promptly to survey / fix the damage. When needed they worked directly with my insurance company which greatly streamlined the repair process. The workers are always friendly and professional. This is a very good company to do business with.

We have used Neemann and Sons several times over 20 years in Lincoln. They have always been very responsive and responsible. Their personnel are unusually smart, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. We could not be happier about their services.

Josh and his crew did a great job roofing this old place; replaced all sheathing that was rotten and even removing an old furnace stack that was not in use anymore.

The wife and I noticed one crew member picking up insulation that had settled towards the eaves and redistributing it.

They diligently cleaned up the debris and we're so grateful that they squeezed us into their schedule since we had a nasty leak.

Not the least expensive estimate, but not the highest either and totally worth the money!

Trevor inspected my roof and determined that it had to be replaced. He was very flexible in getting the work scheduled within our timeframe. Damion came out to get exact measurements and sheduled the day to do the work. He showed up right on time and completed the EPDM roof in one day. He and Victor did an excellent job and were very easy to work with. I highly recommend Neeman and Sons.

Following a 93 mph wind gust that damaged our roof on December 15, 2021, I contacted Neemann & Sons. Chris Neeman was very helpful and nice to work with. The company responded quickly by coming out the next day to do an estimate for repairing our roof. It was later recommended by our insurer that the entire roof be replaced. We met with Terry Neemann, who suggested a shingle type and color that was perfect for our house, and the roofing crew came and replaced our roof just eight days following the storm. They were very efficient, did an excellent job and cleaned up very well before leaving. The entire experience went smoothly and we were very pleased with Neemann & Sons and appreciated their efforts to make our problem disappear. We highly recommend this company, and if we need similar help in the future, Neemann & Sons will be the first roofer we contact.

Neemann and Sons was an excellent company to work with. I contracted with Neemann & Sons Inc. to handle an extensive insurance claim to fully replace shingles and gutter system on our home and to sub contract repair and replacement of extensive window damage, all the result of a severe hail and wind storm. They were great to work with in scheduling each phase of the projects on a timely basis and performed the work or supervised the contracted work in a very professional manner and always to our satisfaction. They provided all that was required in the complex process of securing insurance payments and satisfying the exhaustive requirements of the mortgage holder. All our claim projects were completed with minimal disruption to us and no damage to landscaping or outside house finish and each project was finished with a thorough cleanup. The entire team at Neemann & Sons was a delight to work with on our roofing and gutter project. Siding Replacement - We would like to thank Neemann and Sons for the great work that its crew did to replace the cement board siding on our house this month. They were very precise in their work, kept the work site clean, and were always professional. And extra kudos to the crew for enduring the cold weather while they did so. Over the past few years, Neemann has replaced our roof, windows, and siding; therefore, we now consider that our house was "Built by Neemann and Sons." We are so pleased.

Neemann And Sons roofers are just finishing up at our house today. We chose da Vinci shingles partially because of past experience with them on a former house. We were very happy then and we are very happy now. We love the new color we picked, aged cedar, because it looks most like wood shake shingles.

The roofers worked really hard, even though the heat and humidity was horrible almost the entire time they were here.

We also appreciated the twice daily contact with Josh who would check in with us to make sure everything was going fine. He also answered every question we had.

I am so impressed with Neemann & Sons Inc. I knew from work at my parents home, that this was a top notch company but now that they are doing work on my house, I am blown away. Everything has happened as expected. The roof is gorgeous, arriving exactly when they said and completing in one day as promised. The clean up was impeccable. Then, the fascia and soffit crew was able to come earlier than expected. This crew was very fast, thorough, and detailed. I stepped outside to talk with a friend and the crew shut off their radio so we could talk. I didn't even ask! I am excited for the next phase of this project - the gutters! Neemann & Sons recently did some work for us--replaced the shingles and gutter system, and replaced some deteriorated James Hardy siding (deteriorated due to wrong original installation of gutters 15 years ago). One of the most professional roofing contractors in town. If you need anything done as far as roofing, siding, or gutters you will want them to be doing it.

We were very pleased with Neemann's quick response to our call to them after a recent Nebraska spring storm. I called the night of the storm and Josh, one of their crew leaders , was on our roof checking for damage by 8 o'clock the next morning. Our roof was a total loss. Neemann had done our roof several years ago and we knew of their excellent workmanship and decided to go with them again. The crew showed up when scheduled and started on our 33 square roof at a little after 7 A.M. The crew worked non stop to finish the roof around 4:45 and immediately began an extensive clean up. Roofing can be very messy but the crew did a great job cleaning up and removing the mess. All crew members, even Josh, were at times on their hands and knees picking up nails, partial shingles and other debris. They were done by 6 P.M. We can't say enough about the results, work and clean up.
