Neal Strickland Roofing

It’s been a nightmare, just my luck they were on vacation and sent the crew to install a roof , when the cats away, the roofer do a really bad install. It’s a metal roof and they over tighten all the screws which left dimples so when the sun hits it the right way it looks awful. There’s a bunch of other problems also like they couldn’t put the screws in a straight line so it looks like a drunken sailor screw them in. They pulled out my exhaust fan on
My second floor and put the metal over the hole. They didn’t fix the hole there’s no plywood. The sun roof on the second floor is not the right size, it’s about a foot longer so I have heat coming in from my attic. There contract states you don’t have to pay till the jobs done they refused to fix these things unless we payed them first. So I gave them half the money as good faith thinking this would be incentive to fix it , you would think. No they refused to come back and put a lean on my house and there suing me for the rest of the money. They would rather spend money and there time going after a customer then using that time and money to fix my roof. So be weary of Neil Strickland Roofing , there ruthless.

Excellent!! Just love NSR (Neal Strickland Roofing). From the time I got an estimate from Michael to the City's final inspection just a little over two weeks had gone by. The initial planning with Ashley ,Catherine and Robin was smooth and effortless. On Friday the 13th,Dec 2024 Drew, Jose, Brian & Carlos arrived at my house surveyed what needed to be done and got right to work. These guys are very organized and work very good together. I was so pleased and impressed with their work. They have an attention to detail and I sensed their humble pride in the work they did. The roof looks fantastic and they cleaned up where it looked better than when they arrived. This is the second structure I have used NSR to install a new roof and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

Neal Strickland Roofing did an excellent job replacing my pole barn's metal roof. They had the old roof off and the new on in one day, and I could not be happier with the quality of their work.

We had a leak above a damaged vent right before Hurricane Milton. Our roof is metal and about a year and a half old. Neal Strickland stands behind his warranty with timely and professional service. He sent a young man out who caulked and repaired the roof between bands of rain! Not leaking even with a hurricane. We would highly recommend this company. Thank you!!

From my first meeting with John who gave a detail estimate to interaction with Robin who handle all the paperwork and scheduling and Drew’s install team I could not be happier. They were all friendly and helpful through the whole process. They answer all questions quickly. The crew was hard working and very attentive to detail. They all cared about providing first rate service. Once completed the yard was cleaned and outside of a beautiful new roof you would never have know they where here. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a quality metal roof install. And the best part is their pricing was outstanding.

Just a warning to anyone out there. THIS IS NOT NEIL STRICKLANDS COMPANY ANYMORE. It has been sold. It took over two months from the day they started to finish my roof. The initial crew was horrible. Had to come back multiple times to fix problems. Office does not talk to salesman, salesman does not talk to office. Mess up my invoice. Had to fight to get the roof done right. Went to their office in E Palatka 3 times before finding someone there to pay bill. They are using Neil's name and reputation, but not the company it was a few years ago. BEWARE

Strickland did an excellent job on our new roof, and they also replaced the roof on our shed and carport to match. I appreciated the large selection of colors, and the job was completed quickly.

This will be a LONG review beacuse it is absolutely necessary. We originally hired another roofing company...and let's just say it was a disaster and we had to fire the company. I held my head low and called Strickland Roofing in hopes they could step in and save the job. From start to finish, this company was AMAZING!!! Michael was the estimator who was VERY sympathetic to our situation and was so professional! The estimate was right in line with what we expected and the fact that they had no problem stepping in to take over our job was so impressive. The tear off crew was led by Jesus. Him and his crew were such hard workers and so mindful of our property. I couldn't believe how clean they left everything at the end of the day! The crew that installed our metal roof was led by Ray. These guys knew exactly what they were doing and were also mindful of their work and our property. I cannot forget to include mentioning the fantastic office crew, including Catherine!
A to Z, this company was off the chain amazing and I have NO hesitation recommending them to anyone!

You installed a new Metal Roof that is not only sturdier and more storm and rain resistant (just in time for Hurricane Season!) than my old asphalt shingle roof, but has so much more curb appeal that I keep get compliments from anyone who drives by. I contacted numerous places for a roof estimate. Strickland was quick to reply, came out and discussed our options. They were the best option and lowest priced by far. Crew was fantastic, fast, and courteous. They did an excellent job and cleaned up the entire area daily. Once job was completed they sent out another employee to inspect and re- check the yard for nails and debris. I'd highly recommend to anyone. Great experience. Neal Strickland’s was recommend by a friend and I’m glad I used them. They installed a metal roof for me and it looks great. About two weeks after the job was completed, they sent a quality inspector to check the condition of the work performed. I asked him if they could add a couple pieces of metal to help with the rain runoff in 3 different places, they gladly accommodated at no charge to me. I would definitely recommend you give them a chance to earn your business.

Several years ago an inspector suggested we consider Neil Strickland when we needed to replace our roof. We selected Neil Strickland to replace our shingled roof with a painted metal roof. The installation process from contract signing to the completion of the installation went smoothly. The crew started the job on time every day and cleaned up prior to leaving. Contacted Neal Strickland roofing as they were recommended by a builder friend. They were easy to contact and responded quickly to emails and phone calls throughout the course of the planning and installation of my metal roof. Installation crews were courteous and knowledgeable, and kept my construction area clean of debris. After installation a Company inspector came by to give my roof a final once over and thanked me for my business.

Edited to add: These are certainly challenging times for anyone in business. The guys came out this morning, looked at the roof and what needed to be corrected. Happy to see that the service and professionalism are as good as ever.

Have used this company twice. Last time they installed a roof and recommended a coating on my barn roof to cover some light surface rust and leaks around screw holes. Was told rust would be covered and holes sealed. I had to have them back once because areas had been missed. After the second time I was told that the finish would be better with time and here I am less than a year later and it is worse not better. Metal is good but surface discoloration coming through again and leaks around screw holes in multiple areas. Called about the problem, spoke with office person who said someone would be in touch and that’s the last I heard.

Polite, expedient, and outstanding service. Absolutely thoughtful regarding respect for your budget, landscaping, and car tires. Truly leave your yard cleaner than it was when they started the job.

After many estimates from many roofing companies I selected Strickland's Roofing. They are a family business with honest business practices. I highly recommend them for whatever your roofing needs may be.

We had our roof installed about 4 months ago. Highest ranking roofing business in our opinion. Professional, honest family owned business. The roofers were timely and were respectful of all our flower beds and shrubs. Not a thing was damaged in my gardens which quiet frankly surprised us. We expected a few branches to be broken in the process. Once they were done, we had no clean up. They walked the property with a metal detector to ensure no nails or other debris was found. About 2 weeks later, we had another person come over to do quality inspection and inquire how satisfied we were with their work! We were highly impressed with the follow up visit. In our opinion, Strickland delivers quality workmanship and integrity. We highly recommend them.

I reached out to friends.family, and social media asking for recommendations for a company to install a new roof on my house. There was nothing wrong with my current roof plus it wasn't too terribly old, but it is not the roofing material that is preferred by insurance companies. The reason I wanted to get a new roof is that I was hoping to get better insurance rates plus added insultaion to my home. My best friend highly recommended Neal Strickland Roofing as she had them do roofs on 3 homes, and was very pleased. I was hoping for a metal roof. I learned that it did not meet regulations to do the metal roof over the entire roof. The flat roof over the front porch and carports would have to have a different type of roofing, a flat white roofing. Only white? My heart sunk. It was pointed out to me that the white sections being flat areas will not be easily seen as the metal roofing will be. I wanted to know the colors available for the metal roofing. Unfortunately, I am in the middle of eye surgeries and I could not tell from pictures what the true colors may be. I asked to see samples. Neal Stricland Roofing mailed some samples to me. I chose my color and eagerly awaited the new roof. When they arrived, they were quick, and professional. The end result was awesome. I had one very small area of concern where the white roofing overhung causing the rain not to be diverted to the gutters. After I notified Neal Strickland roofing of my concern, they returned and installed a lipped piece to capture and divert the rain back to the roof where it would emply into the gutters. This is an awesome company and I hightly recommend them, Quality materials, quality workmanship done in a timely manner, plus reasonably priced.

From call to completion our experience was beyond expectations. New to the area we needed a METAL new roof /roof over and wasn't sure about it all. Our realtor suggested Neal Strickland roofing. Garrett the estimator came out in the heat ( it’s their job I know, but with a smile????) to climb to the roof and give his best “ no-surprises” estimate for us. He was also Knowledgeable and kind. In the office Nicole, Sandy, Robin clearly communicated with us and helped to schedule the project and answer all concerns we had. The roofing crew also were very professional and prompt and on a Saturday our roof-over was done in 3 hours. No trash was left behind. We are over the moon with our new roof-over. The Strickland Roofing crew came in and got right to work each day removing old shingle roof and replacing with metal. I was most impressed with their team consisting of roof and ground people, and 1 person dedicated to ground pickup of the old shingles/nails etc. A QA person came by a few days later to ensure no nails or debris were left behind. Neal Strickland Roofing recently replaced my old shingle roof with a metal roof and I could not be happier. The workers were here right on time, had my new roof on in one day, and completely cleaned my yard of debris before leaving. Robin came by my house the next day to check on everything and did another sweep of my yard with a magnet to insure everything was picked up. I do not hesitate to recommend Neal Strickland Roofing.
