Elliott Ortiz's Pressure Washing

Had a wonderful experience having my pavers cleaned, sanded and sealed with Elliott and his son. Great people with respect and work ethics. Very pleased with their attention to detail. It was warming to see the respect his son had for his Dad and business while working with him.

I hired Elliott to pressure wash a commercial office and its surrounding concrete. Elliott came and qouted the project had some great suggestions. After setting a date Elliott and his son showed up on the date with no issues and went straight to work. Very impressed with how the project came out. Elliott and his son worked very hard and now my commercial office looks fantastic. We are now setup for him to return once a year. I highly recommend them for a great job at a very affordable price.

The damages are into the thousands- refused to even look at it. Shot water up thru the soffits and now have ceiling and insulation water damage, broke/chipped hardy board siding in two places, stripped paint by having pressure too close to surface - Should be put out of business. $3000 damages for an $850 dollar job cost.

Amazing service. Great family owned business that knows how to clean a house and roof. I use them every year. Absolutely the best in the county.
