Even the pickup process was easy and the gentleman who loaded me was very helpful with the best way to secure my panels which were wrapped and banded securely. I normally don't leave reviews but this experience deserves one! I went there for some finish trim for a project I was building and was expecting the little guy treatment meaning i wasn't a big contractor.
The sales rep inside was very friendly, helpful and got the trim I needed ordered at a great price as it was custom trim in black. So it had to be made. I pay for it and she tells me it will be done on Monday. This was a Friday afternoon.
Get in my truck, drive 15 minutes home and I get a text it's done and ready. I go back, pull in the yard and 1 minute later a very nice gentleman comes out with my trim. Can't beat that!
I was in the contracting business for a few years and dealt with a lot of building suppliers. Most don't want to deal with you unless your spending thousands of dollars.

I wanted to take the time to leave a review of First Coast Metal’s in East Palatka. I have been doing business with First Coast Metal for several years, after opening my own business in 2018. I have never had a problem ordering material, the office staff have always been very friendly and very helpful. I have never had a problem with not getting the correct material that I have ordered, and it’s usually done either that day or the next day for me to pick up. I also want to mention, that it doesn’t matter how many pieces you order, they still treat you the same, as if you spent $10,000 with them. My last order was a small one of only four pieces and they didn’t bat an eye to get it done.If you need any metal roofing materials, this is the place I would recommend going to, they will take care of you.
