Steve and the Natures Elite team did a great job transforming our lake side garden. They were always helpful and polite. Steve brought in a garden designer, who planned a beautiful patio and plantings. Steve kept in touch with us throughout the process, dealing with issues as they came up. They worked very quickly as the excavating and wall building started just after Labor Day The crew finished most of the job before Thanksgiving. All is all they did a terrific job.

We hired Steve & his team on the word of a friend, & from the 1st visit he made to our home we knew they were the team for the job! Our patio was a pretty big project, lots of site work in a very tough backyard! And as with all big projects we ran into some unexpected issues- drainage being a big one. None of this ever phased them, they just kept moving forward to get it done & get it done right-there was never any cutting corners. And as if their hard work was not enough, Steve's pricing was always upfront & more than fair. They treated my landscaping project as if it was their own home & it came out beautiful....well actually it is stunning! They showed up when they said they would, worked long days & were very neat, a rare commodity these days! We will be building an addition to our home & would consider no one else but Natures Elite to do the landscaping! Thank you so much Steve, Brandon & Kyle for your incredible work! 5 stars is not enough, you are definitely worth 10 stars!

If you’re looking for a professional landscape contractor, a hard working team and a finished look as promised, then do not hesitate to bring in Nature’s Elite. We used them to install new pavers, around the front of our home addressing some drainage issues and to enhance the overall aesthetic of our walkway. We felt confident from the get-go that we had a certified professional in the lead who knew exactly how to approach and manage the project. They are a polite and courteous team who kept a neat worksite and finished the walkway on time as promised. We highly recommend them!

Wish I could give this place no stars. Worst hydro seed job ever. Called him a dozen times to come back and fix the mess he made and he blamed me for either overwatering or under watering. Finally after calling him many many times he came back and left a bag of seed on my doorstep and told me to take care of it. Horrible attitude, horrible customer service, do not hire this guy!!

Steve and his team at Natures Elite Landscaping removed a poorly installed walkway and replaced with a larger walkway and patio. I absolutely LOVE the final result. Steve was very knowledgeable and professional- assisting in the project design, selection of materials, and providing suggestions for new shrub / plantings to complement the overall look. I called to get a quote for a new build. When they answered, I told them who I was and the company I work for. They asked what we do I told them. They were rude asking all the questions. He asked me what I wanted from them and I was in the middle of a sentence asking for a landscaping quote and he goes, "nope, im good" and hangs up.

Steve and his team installed a retaining wall and steps for us and did a great job. We are so pleased with how everything came out. We highly recommend Natures Elite. Thanks Steve!

Steve, sons and crew were awesome to work with. This was a new build so we were starting from scratch and desperately needed their expertise. They did erosion prevention, a retention wall, stone walkway, landscaping with tree and shrub plantings as well as grass seeding... all of which we were very pleased with. Steve kept us informed every step of the way, told us his recommendations but also listened to our feedback. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and the hardest workers we've ever encountered. In our eyes you just can't go wrong by hiring Natures Elite Landscaping!

While we ran into some scheduling and weather issues, the walkway was put in place before winter set in. It looked great. It held up very well through the snowblowing season (a problem with the previous walkway).

The delay in my review was the finishing loading and seeding of the one side of the walkway. The weather was uncooperative. But, good things come to those who wait, and the crew finished that up this week.

Good job overall. We are looking to Elite for other jobs around our house.

Steve and his crew replaced an old, crumbling set of concrete steps at the front of our home with new granite steps. From my first phone call with Steve, he was great to work with. Honest about his timeline/availability, punctual for every appointment, patient in answering questions, and overall great to work with (even during/after encountering an unexpected challenge during the 'demo' portion of the project) . We couldn't be happier with the work he and his crew did and wouldn't hesitate to call him in the future for more projects.

Steve and his crew did a fabulous job on our new patio. We had to expand and raise it to accommodate my husbands wheelchair and it looks beautiful and is functional for his needs. Steve cares about quality and listens to what it is you want to accomplish. Easy to work with!

Steve and his team just completed a walkway at our house in Laconia and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. They simply do great work without compromising anything. No cheap shortcuts here. Steve and his crew arrived every morning with a smile and whilst
working they kept us involved with the process. They have done a fantastic job and the workmanship is fantastic, our retaining wall

I met with Steve this fall to discuss redoing our backyard with pavers. Steve and his team installed the pavers, worked with our electrician to install our hot tub, and on top of it, had to troubleshoot and replace our septic pipe which was improperly installed. Steve was realistic and experienced in assessing what our project would need and if he could complete it in the timeframe we needed. He was very professional, responsive and honest about cost, materials, and doing the job correctly without cutting corners. We are very pleased with our new patio.

Nature’s Elite has done a lot of work for us (landscaping, hardscaping, spring/fall clean up, mowing, plowing). They are extremely professional, always show up when they say they will, and do an excellent job. They are also very nice people and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them!

Steve from Nature's Elite was professional throughout our project. We had our masonry front steps replaced with granite stairs. Steve did an amazing job at my mother’s house. He was able to follow through on my request to get the job done in one day, which meant he had a lot of logistics to complete before even arriving at the job site. He “over-delivered” which made my mother extremely happy. I had asked him to remove old shrubs and replace with new shrubs. The day before his arrival, my elderly mother said “I want flowers,” but I told her it was “too late” as the shrubs had already been purchased. Lo and behold, he planted BOTH shrubs AND flowers which made my mother really happy. ..thereby, making ME happy as well. Definitely an A+ when it comes to reviews and recommendations.

We hired Steve and Nature’s Elite to build a large patio for us. The design was unique and Steve and Brandon were very creative in solving for our needs. He listened to our requests and made suggestions without forcing compromises, allowing for changes along the way. Natures Elite was very helpful in working with Winn/Stock’s Property Improvement (PI) Committee to enhance the entrance to Winn/Stock. Steve Mitchell, the owner, worked with the committee to design and select the appropriate plants and trees for the area. Natures Elite crew worked diligently, persistently and personally to help us create our new look. We are very pleased with their work and our new “Face Lift”. Nature's Elite provides snow removal services for the Winnipesaukee Playhouse's very large campus. Ensuring the safety of our patrons is a huge concern and Steve takes that seriously. He is proactive in making sure our parking lot is ready and responds very quickly to last-minute changes in weather which require prompt attention. Definitely recommend him.

I hired Natures Elite Landscaping towards the end of September last year to replace 2 retaining walls that had early signs of collapse and was beginning to damage the siding on our home at the entrance of our basement walk out french doors. I went online and did my research. They were one of the very few that had a great website or one at all. I loved the fact that the owner, Steve Mitchell (and his workers) regularly go to seminars to stays current in their field. Steve himself came out and gave me the quote. He described the whole job process he would have to do and why, in terms that I would understand. He happily answered any questions I had. They were able to reuse the existing paver stones that were in good condition which saved me money. I found them to be extremely professional and trust worthy. They arrived and left on time and was explained in detail what was going to be done that day, each day. The job was done on time and as quoted. Steve had even called a few days later to follow up on his work and to see if there were any issues. I waited to write my review to see how the walls held up over the winter and they are just perfect. I HIGHLY recommend Nature's Elite Landscaping.

Called to inquire about snow removal. Was asked where I live so I told him to which he said they were just there (in the area). He then asked if it was a steep driveway. I asked him point blank if he wanted the account or not because he didn’t sound interested to which he said no not really. Too bad cuz I am in the market for a new walkway come spring.

I have been using Natures Elite Landscaping services for almost 2 years and they have been really great! My yard looks exceptionally gorgeous in summer and fall. And in winter with unexpected snow storms Natures Elite Landscaping has never failed to dig me out on time :-)

Love our new patio overlooking the lake in South Downs Shores, Laconia NH. Condo regulations required permeable pavers to be used for the patio. Nature's Elite was professional and honest. They started and finished when they said they would - and the end result is beautiful. Quality work!

Steve and his crew put in Belgard pavers as a surround for my pool. They were great to work with, very efficient, and helpful before, during, and after the process!

I had limited time to plan renovations to a vacation home, including replacing an old and overgrown patio area at the front of the house. Steve Mitchell came to meet me (promptly) on my limited schedule, helped plan the renovation and answered every email about the project promptly. The work was done well ahead of my expectations and I know have a beautiful entry to my home with pavers, trimmed landscaping and a mulched buffer area to the walkway. Natures Elite Landscaping installed a front walkway and backyard patio for our lake house. They also moved some shrubs and planted some new ones.Everything is gorgeous. Steve is the most knowledgeable landscaper that I have ever used. He knew all of the different shrubs and perennials and the amount of sun and water that they each needed. The stone work has been in place through 2 winters and hasn't moved. Everything is just as it was originally installed. Steve and his employees are all very professional, polite, trustworthy and friendly. I would highly recommend Natures Elite!!
