The owner of Lakes Region Seamless Gutters, actually answer the phone! First conversation, very polite, easy to communicate with and professional. Subsequent calls returned within hours, if you leave a voicemail. She showed up for appointments to see my job, on time. She saw what I wanted and also suggested what I should consider, things which made sense in the end. Competitive price point, simple contract, showed up when she said they were going to, again on time with crew, put down her clipboard and got up on a ladder with her screw gun with the rest of the crew, who obviously love their jobs! All the workmen were congenial, very polite, fun (loved my dog) and very safety conscious! Details and workmanship exceeded my expectations. We consulted during the installation and they made the best decisions for downspout locations. Overall, 5 star customer service! I highly recommend anyone to choose Lakes Region Seamless Gutters for any project large or small.

I reached out to have some gutters installed on my house and Audra responded quickly and came by the same day to provide an estimate. The crew showed up around a week later and they were professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Great install and the gutters look great! This is the second time I've used this company and highly recommend them!

Recently had gutters replaced. They took time for a walk-through for problem areas and overall gutters. Installed the gutters conducive to those areas. Worked with us and explained everything before they started. Knowledgeable, professional. With all the rain we've had, there hasn't been any problems with the installation.

They were exceptional, Frankie promptly return my call and managed to squeeze me into their schedule. Job was new construction and moderately large (220 feet), but they were clean and consistent with the product and hanger locations throughout, all while knocking it out in a half of a day. Highly recommend!

After trying to deal with other gutter companies without any luck, I called it lakes region seamless gutters.Not only was I quoted over the phone but we set a date, this company is very busy and they're straight out for a reason !!superior quality of workmanship and product. It was well worth the wait, if you're looking for gutters no need to call anybody else Frank and Kathy and co are above the rest!!

I called this company for a quote to install gutters on my home. Gave the quote over the phone and price seemed decent. I scheduled install (which was 3 months later) and waited. Week of install they called and said they would be there in the afternoon to install my gutters. Sat around all day waiting and no one shows up. Call them at 4pm to see if there was an issue. They "claim" they showed up, but the dog was outside in the fenced area. Also "claim" they tried three times to call my cell phone, but decided it was best to not leave a message. Meanwhile I had zero missed calls on my phone. Three months wasted waiting for this company to do install and they never even show. My experience was terrible.

The Sweeney's have been in business for years and do an excellent job. Frank's son Frankie who I've known since he was in elementary works very hard and does and outstanding job installing the gutters. Highly recommend if you want it done right and quick response. They actually get back to you right away unlike other contractors. Great job and I'm happy to recommend to two of my neighbors in Alton getting gutters. I don't normally recommend anyone but in this case it's a no brainer.
