Do not hire this company for anything. They’re unreliable. This man Tony is a liar. I hired him to replace my front steps in July 2023. The agreement was to replace the steps, somehow, his workers have drilled into my side yard concrete and broken the ground. Tony then said he had no choice but to replace the side yard. It took him weeks to replace my front yard. After the job was finished, I realized the surface was flat, causing water to flow through my basement every time it rains. It has been 8 months since I’ve been calling, texting Tony to come fix my side yard, he never showed up. Every week he makes appointments to meet with me, he never keeps his promises. This man shouldn’t be in business. He keeps making excuses all the times. Please do not use this man for any work. If I could give him 0 on the survey, I’d do that.

The job that I wanted Native Contracting to do was adequate and as it stands at this moment, I would ask them for other services when I need them. I had scheduled for a post roof inspection. I was quoted $300 then was told that the owner would come and give us a quote for the inspection which I though was odd since I explained and send address (google map) of our building and that they quoted $300. The morning of inspection they cancelled with no date-time to reschedule. When I called, they said they were very busy with the weather and couldn’t give me a new appointment because it’s “impossible” to say when they had time to come. My synopsis is that they aren’t interested in doing this since it’s an inspection and not roof work. Too bad since post inspections are important and hard to find.

I was in need of a contractor who could handle my big but technical job because I had so many issue in my backyard and driveway but there I found Native Contracting Inc they really did excellent job and specially the people who did the job were really professional and know how to do any job in perfection. I prefer them again for me and for others.

I had them fix my side walk because in the winter there had been many cracks made in the concrete.Then did it really well and were done in the time there said they would be done in.its a really professional team and would definitely rehire them

I called for an inspection because of my sidewalk violation, Shortly after they told me how it could be repaired and the timeframe needed. They had a well experienced team who actually completed the work in the timeframe I was given, my regards to Navid and his team

What can we say about Native Contracting? We have been hiring Navied & his crew for multiple home repairs for the past few years. We consider ourselves lucky to found a contractor to trust finally. We had some awful experiences with other contractors in the past until we met him. We hired Navied to do multiple jobs for our three-family house. He fixed our roof and repaired the water damage of the ceiling by replacing all insulation and even finding and installing our ceiling White oak panel to match the one that was water damaged.
The following year we hired him to do brick pointing for our house. This past summer, we had a duplex unit with a 27ft high ceiling to rent, and we gave him only two weeks to remodel the entire unit. He brought us a large crew as if we were rebuilding a house to make sure the unit was ready for our new tenants move in date. From painting the entire house to repairing the bathrooms, refinishing the hardwood floors, and much more tasks.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Navied and his crew. They are professionals, and he goes above and beyond to make us happy to the point he makes his crew redo a job if he is not completely satisfied with the finish.
HIRE HIM HIRE HIM. You will not be disappointed. Now we stress a lot less if we need house repairs because we know Navied and his team are there to the rescue.

Oh and lets not forget the clean up when the job is done, it is like they were never there. Keep up the GREAT work Native contracting!!!!

Amazing work done by the whole team. They repaired our roof, stucco, brick pointing, and water proofing. Their work is amazing and we are very happy with what they have done. There haven’t been any problems with our roof or basement prior to the job being done. They offer good prices for the job they do. I have no complaints and would definitely call them again for any other work I need in the near future.
