Though the start date got pushed back because of production issues due to Covid, they did a good a job keeping me updated through the process. Once the project got started it took two days when I believe it usually takes one. The crew worked non stop to try and get it done though and did a good job. The owner came out the second day to help because the Santa Fe pavilion is one of their new patio covers. He was a very personable person and made sure to answer any questions or concerns. The Santa Fe pavilion came out great and we love the patio cover and the workmanship. It may have been a little pricey but you get what you pay for.
The team performed as well as anyone could have hoped for. Communication during the entire project was always there and very professional. The final product is more than I had hoped for. Despite supplier challenges they completed on time. I whole heartedly recommend Rick and his team, absolutely 5 stars and a joy to business with.
Hi all, Nationwide Sunrooms installed a high quality pergola in my backyard. Bruce was great helping me with the style selection ensuring my priorities were in check! I had been concerned about how much of my view may be impacted but with the selection I went with I don't even think about obstructed views it is so minimal. I still have a gorgeous view with added protection from the sun. Melissa was great about keeping me updated on the latest delivery dates. Yes it takes longer than normal but these are the times we all are facing right now. With the weekly updates I knew what to expect which helped a lot! Then comes Rick and his installation crew. You see I hadn't fully understood the drawings and the impact of where the posts were going (I highly recommend you pay very close attention to that when they send them to you - any questions ask right away) The original post placement I was not happy with at all and feared I would have to live with it. Rick was able to study it and came up with an acceptable solution without much impact to the overall design and rework. So grateful!! I would highly recommend Nationwide Sunrooms for any of our pergola needs. I am sure their sunrooms would meet the same quality and service standards.
