Nashville Restoration

After the storm came through last week we contacted this company to come out and quote us to repair our gutters that were ripped off of our house. Nashville Restoration said that they would come and quote us for the repair 3 days ago. The appointment was made and we thought we had found a vendor to make the repair. Our appointment came and went with a NO CALL NO SHOW on the part of this company. This is unacceptable for any company that brags about getting the job done professionally. After we called this morning we mentioned that we had been stood up by their company and they had the audacity to say " yes we didn't show up... we are behind...." with a sarcastic tone that told me that they didn't want our business. Its common practice in the customer service industry to at least call the customer to reschedule the appointment if you are not going to show up. I hope this account will keep others from making the mistake of calling them line we did.

It makes sense that you dont have me on record due to how I was treated on the phone by one of your employees. I wouldnt want that on record either. How about you stop commenting on my competence as a consumer and start taking ownership of your inaction.
