My experience was fantastic and they were very prompt in doing the roof install. From getting the dumpster her to getting the job completed and cleanup. These guys did a great job putting in a new roof for me. Melvin came out at the same time as the insurance adjuster so he could point out the storm damage. The adjustor agreed and covered the roof. It took one day and I have the peace of mind that it’s all under warranty. I had a small leak around my skylight a year after they changed the roof and with one phone call, they came right out and fixed it with no charge to me. I’d definitely recommend them.

5 stars; fantastic service from start to finish -Melvin and his team were incredible to work with.

Like many roof replacements, ours started from a random hail storm one Spring afternoon. Melvin responded to our call, and was on-site almost immediately. As a former insurance adjuster, he walked us through filing the claim, and was sure to be at our house when our home insurance company's adjuster showed up. He knew which insurance companies were easier to work with, and which required additional "muscle" by way of Public Adjuster. He was on the roof with the Adjuster, and ensured every dent, scrape, and missing shingle was notated by the Insurance Company Adjuster, along with all the damage done to window panes, gutters, and downspouts.

In short, he made sure INSURANCE was paying for our roof, not us!

When it came to the actual roof replacement, he worked with us to choose the best color architectural shingle for the color and style of our home. His team got it knocked out in a day, and the roof has already survived some heavy storms without issue.

I highly recommend Melvin & Narrow Path Roofing & Construction to anybody who needs a new roof.
