They were professional experienced and did a great job of cleaning the carpets . I was very satisfied with their work. Will call on them again.

So far the process has been an emotional roller coaster, but the professionalism and calmness that Xavier brings to the job is very helpful. Hunter is an eager helper and very helpful. James has a great team put together.

HUGE kudos and shout out to Selena, Xavier, Paul, and Jason at Integrity Cleaning. They were all just lovely to work with - friendly, engaging, awesome. I am a customer service trainer and own a business that provides CS training, so this is especially important to me. The cost of having mold testing, duct/furnace cleaned, carpets cleaned, and a general cleaning of a house we just purchased in Grinnell was on the high end of my expectations but seems, after researching this, to align with averages across the country. The "two star deduction" in my review is about James Miller, the owner. He is a pleasant man who is also a bit lacking in affect in terms of how he communicates. I'm guessing James is very left brained - which is important for running the day to day operations of a business but can at times get in the way of empathy, compassion, and reading the room. The best advice I can give - as a customer service trainer who owns a business that trains customer service - is to de-escalate conflict by apologizing first and finding a point of agreement. Any other response unnecessarily increases conflict. Take that advice and use as you see fit, James. Five starts for everyone else!

We had integrity come out and clean our carpets. They were easy to talk to. Came and did a estimate and talked to me about what I wanted and hoped for after the cleaning took place. Scheduled my carpets to be cleaned the following week. We are very satisfied with the smell, cleaning and the appearance. Thanks so much! Would recommended you anytime to people.

There are good and then there re great companies. This is a great company that truly does their best to care for their customers. In my line of work, I use a lot of different service providers. Integrity shows up, on time, organized, ready to get the work done, and sticks to there bid!

We have used Integrity for two separate exterior storm damages over the last four years. Both have been completed and made life much easier while dealing with our Insurance Company. They have proven to be knowledgeable and able to maneavor the damage and assessment sequences very well. I give them a high value mark and we receive many compliments to our house in its finished condition.

We have used Integrity Cleaning many times through the years for our carpets and have been nothing but Happy. They work extra hard on the high traffic areas and it always looks great. Their people are always positive and happy. Would recommend every time.

Was able to work around our schedule and did an amazing job. Had mold in the basement and removed it completely and did not come back!

We paid $1100 to have our house cleaned after moving. It is a big, 3 story house. This is the most I’ve ever paid to have a home cleaned. While some thing looked good (appliances, carpet) there were many things missed and attention to detail was seriously lacking. See photos. When I reached out to the company, they were apologetic and said they would update our invoice. However, I received another invoice stating that the cleaning took almost twice as long as the estimate provided which would have costed $1700 BUT they won’t charge for it. This wasn’t brought to our attention prior to the conversation I had with them about the missed cleaning. At this point I’m wondering how efficient their cleaners are as this would have taken me 2 days to get done by myself. And if I hadn’t recently had emergency surgery, I would have done so. I’m very displeased with their remedy and their service and cannot recommend them for basic cleaning.

We hired integrity to clean our carpets in our offices and we couldn't be happier! They were able to remove some tough stains from our light colored carpet. Would highly recommend!

I hired integrity several times for general cleaning and asked for Selena who did a great job! Then I hired them for a "moving out clean" which is advertised on their services, and I was extremely dissapointed. Not only was the completed job unsatisfactory, but only one of the 5 people they brought in had ever cleaned a home. It didn't save me anything as I had to go back and do it myself. Also were very unprofessional. I will say, the carpet cleaning/shampooing were absolutely amazing, and effective I would absolutely recommend them.
