Nabors replaced our roof today and we could not be more pleased. They took care of our roofing needs and several extras that helped to insure that we have no more
leaks. Wonderful crew that we enjoyed having around. Stayed outside with them all day because it was quieter than in the house. Great day to be outside. LOL

We had some leaking during the big storms we had over the Labor Day weekend. Nabors Roofing came out and showed me that the leak was not the roof. Even told me how I could repair it myself. Then they did a full roof inspection, and told me that I didn't need a new roof at this time. Yes, they actually told me that their services were not yet needed. They have a new customer for as long as I am in their coverage area. So refreshing to deal with an honest company!!!

Just stopping to let these blackmailing single mother harassing group of people know I haven't forgotten you guys called and texted to promise to destroy a single mother's life over her bill that was not even her responsibility. The Nabors family will never see another dollar from any friends or family of mine.

Can’t say enough about Nabors Roofing! They came out very quickly and repaired my neighbor’s roof and gutter that my trampoline damaged. Ray was very personable and honest when he came out to look initially, and repair was able to start that same day. Nabors will definitely be who my neighbors or I call for any future roofing situations!

Everything went well and I believe that without your help I would have been rejected by Allstate, on my 21 year old roof. With all the storms we have had in this area I had leaks in the house and shingles on the ground. This was my 3rd try and you and your team made it happen. Amazing customer service and crew!!!

Ray came out to inspect the roof at our church (Hilltop Baptist) the same day I called. He was so friendly and helpful and he and his crew took great care of us. They were able to start working the very next day. We appreciate Nabors Roofing so much!

We had such a great experience with Nabors roofing. David would come by multiple times a day while the men were working to check on the roof and clean up any nails that he found. Love our new roof and the amazing customer service they provided.

Our experience was really wonderful! We were anxious considering the nature of our project but were put at ease by the confidence and professionalism from our consultant, Ray. Ray and the Nabors team were always on top of everything. When we had a question, they had an answer. If they tell you they’ll call you back in 5 min, they call you back. If they tell you they’ll be there on Monday - they’ll be there. Super reliable, with a quick turn around time and they stand by their commitment to perform quality work. This was our 2nd time to use Nabors Roofing. They performed an extensive repair on a previous residence. In both experiences, we truly appreciated their fair and honest approach. They placed a great amount of attention to detail and left our property clean and our roof beautiful. True craftsman and honest people!
And btw- they are locally owned and operated and significantly contribute back to the community through various programs. We highly recommend them!

Nabors roofing removed by carbon dioxide vent and heat shield for my water heater while fixing a repair due to their poor quality work. On 5/1/2020, I paid $4600 to Nabors roofing to redo my roof and replace any rotten wood. They completed the work and Ray the supervisor confirmed everything was done correctly. A month after the work was completed, I discovered a massive leak in my AC closet. Water was rushing from the ceiling into my AC closet, which knocked down all the sheetrock, heat shield for the water heater and the carbon monoxide vents. I contact Nabors roofing regarding the problem, David was sent out to see the problem. David discovered that the rotten wood was not replaced and that plywood was missing. From the attic you could clearly see tar paper that was not connected to plywood. David had someone come out to complete the repairs. Ray, the original supervisor, came back to review the work after it was completed by David and his crew. He was very upset and argued with me when I told him that the sheetrock had been damaged and needed to be repaired by them. He claimed that it was already like that prior to them working on my roof. I was in touch with Joann, the office manager, who had workers sent to fix the closet. While fixing the closet, Ray instructed them to throw away parts that were not attached to the sheetrock. I was unaware at the time that they were throwing away parts that were needed. I was concerned that they did not complete the work correctly so I contacted an additional contractor and paid out of pocket to have the AC closet work reviewed. That is when I found out that the carbon monoxide vent was not attached and the heat shield for the water heater was also not attached. The carbon dioxide from my furnace does not have a vent, so had I turned on my heat in the winter I ran the risk of poisoning myself and potentially dying. The heat shield protects the sheetrock from getting too hot, so without it I have a potential fire risk. I contact Nabors again, who came out 7/20, to review the AC closet. Ray acknowledged that he directed the worker to through away the vent for the carbon monoxide. Despite the fact that Nabors caused the problem in my AC closet, they are refusing to pay to fix the dangerous situation they caused for me. I did not have any issues in my AC/water heater closet prior to working with them. The sheetrock was peeling, but nothing was collapsed. I had my water heater replaced on 2/27/2020 and can have my plumber confirm that on that everything was in working order. I regularly change the air filter in the closet and confirmed that everything was attached in May.

Do not user Nabors roofing. The problem was caused by them doing poor quality work and causing a leak in my roof. They are no willing to stand by their work even though I have a warranty through them. Ray was very rude through this entire process.

Since Nabors was replacing a neighbors roof I asked them to look at a small repair I needed. I had 3 or 4 shingles that had been dislodged by wind and probably needed replacing since they wouldn't lay back down and stick to the other shingles. Ray stopped by and looked at the shingles and said it would probably be around $300.00 to repair it, less if I could wait until the following week when his crew would be replacing the neighbors roof. I agreed to wait until the following week. Haven't heard any thing from Nabors roofing since. They don't return emails, phone calls, or text messages.

Wonderful fast service! My roofing problem was fixed in 2 days from the call, to the estimate, to the finish. The employees are friendly and the pricing was fair. I loved that they were more concerned about fixing my roof than trying to get me to spend too much money!

Nabors Roofing did a great job fixing the roof leak on my commercial building. They were very professional, responsive and punctual. I highly recommend them.

SL Nabors replaced our roof in 2016 after a big hail storm in the Dallas area. This week I had a patch of shingles that came loose. I talked to Ray, who is always very helpful. He came to our house within an hour or so and had a Serviceman out to repair it the next morning. Very Professional!!

Ray is the best!! Needed a repair and he was out the very next day! My daughter has used them to replace her roof several times (Texas storms) and they have always come in, replaced in great time and property was completely clean when they finished!

The entire team worked tirelessly against insurance company to get the roof I desperately needed replaced. Can’t say enough about how I appreciate their service and follow-up. Highly recommend.

We contacted Ray from S.L. Nabors Roofing, after we discovered water in a bedroom closet. The next day he met my wife at the house and assessed the issue. Reputation is everything. I really can't say enough good about Ray and Lisa from SL Nabors and the services they provide to their customers. They are honest and fair in an industry filled with imitations working for insurance claims. In my experience, they assess the quality of the roof first, and then work with the customer and insurance to satisfy the needs. They have done shingle and flashing repair for me as well as helping me with guttering and downspouts--all to my satisfaction, and I didn't feel price gouged in the process. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

This company is TERRIBLE! They destroyed my gutters; just threw away screens I had installed in gutters to prevent debris; used wrong color for drip ridge (now looks like stripes around my home); cracked a window... the list is ENDLESS! I will refuse to allow them to correct this mess. They will write a check to ME or I will pursue a lawsuit.

Use at your own risk!

This company accidently came to my home took off part of the roof and left without saying a word. My neighbors later saw them replacing the roof across the street. When my family came home and found out what happened and that the Their truck had broke down at the end of the street, my son waited for someone to try and get the truck and confronted them. They claimed not to speak English. A representative from Nabors came out and suggested I make an insurance claim. Long story short we came to an agreement on what would be replaced and over a month later nothing has been done. After five days of rain, they showed up today to put shingles on the wet wood. This is ridiculous and I feel I have been more then patient. Don't do business with this company.

S.L. Nabors did a wonderful job in taking care of repairs to my home after a damaging storm. From the very beginning their representative, Ray, was involved. He was there to meet with the adjuster and he project managed all of the necessary repairs. I would highly recommend them for your roofing and construction needs.
