They called back, they called before they came and they showed up! Five stars to Dakota and crew on a holiday in the heat, they got a difficult well problem fixed and they stayed until it was done and working. This is huge, thanks so much you guys! I will call Manosh first next time!

Wow, NA Manosh gets 5 Stars! I woke up to no water and called NA Manosh as I knew it was an issue with our well water pump. They responded to our emergency quickly, professionally and with 5 star service. By noon the same day, the team from NA Manosh had a new water pump installed and our water was back! I found everyone to be extremely knowledgeable and responsive. I highly recommend NA Manosh!

What a nightmare this whole situation has been. I could write a novel here about the disaster I created by deciding to go with manosh. I will summarize by saying just don't do it. Even if it's double find someone else to drill. Jeff will tell you whatever you want to hear and make everything sound wonderful then the guys that do the work show up (completely unscheduled while I'm at work and hr away) and it's like they haven't even spoken with him. They know nothing of what was arranged with Jeff . Now I do have a well however the water is not drinkable and they told me it was fine but never did a water test just another story from Jeff. So now my yard is a mud hole water is constantly flowing up around the well case making my whole yard a swamp the water smells like a dead animal and for just under 30k I am fuming mad

We have used NA Manosh for many years to service our wells and home water systems. They are a solid company with great service people. Our recent water out situation was promptly and professionally dealt with. We depend on them.

I used NA Manosh on a commercial well drilling and decommissioning project. The attention to detail, communication and follow through would lead me to use them again. I would recommend them to anyone interested in their services.

Horrible company, very unprofessional!!! I've paid $20000 for their job to be done incorrectly. They run water line without even checking with blue print, so now it's too close to sewer and needs to be redone. They never came to check the job or test the water I have to redo the job on my expanse, so I can let the septic company to do the installation according to engineer design. If you want to have problems than use them

Still waiting on a water test & water softener estimate, one year after I hired another company to do the install because I was sick of waiting. Left my employee hanging for more than 6 months after he accepted their $15,000 drilling estimate. They don’t seem to care if they get residential business or not. If you, like 100% of the human race, rely on water for survival, call someone else.

I reached out to manosh for a water test on august 25th. They told me it would be 2 weeks max. I didn’t get the results until September 20th and only after I called to follow up, which I had already done several times. Then upon reviewing the results I notice they are dated September 9th so manosh sat on them for 11 days and only sent them after I asked. I then asked when someone would be following up with me to discuss water softener and filter options now that we have the results. That was a month and a half ago, it’s now November 10th, and I have still not heard back from anyone.

I moved into my new home and my basement flooded. I lost a lot of my belongings. I called Manosh, they found that my drain was clogged with Mud and could not find my daylight drain or unclog the drain and told me they did everything possible and sorry but my basement will flood again. I have called multiple times and no response or call back. I want to know why there is nothing else they can do or can they refer me to someone else who can.

I have paid Manosh one thousand dollars to get in line to have my well drilled as my own dug well has been non- functioning for over a year. I have been told too many times to count that they would be there within two weeks and still no one has come to do the work! If you want to be jerked around, they are the company for you. By the way, it is now November 2, 13 months after I paid my deposit!!!

Last Tuesday during a spring snowstorm I realised there was no water at the kitchen tap. I checked everything I could in the house, circuit breaker and well control with no success. I called Manosh, they installed the well orriginally in 1988 and they had done some other services for me recently. The call was put in just after 11:00 AM, they came right out, diagnosed the situation and had a new pump installed by 3:00 PM THE SAME DAY! I was prepared to be with out water for a couple of days but I had water flowing again in less than 4 hours. Rodney and Frank did a great job. I am beyond pleased with the service. I live in Morrisville and we are fortunate to have N A Manosh available for our water service needs. With me, their reputation is stellar and even though I hope I don't need their services again any time soon it is good to know I can rely on them if I do need them. Thank you N A Manosh

Nothing but positive things to say about Manosh...Don and team have been highly responsive to the needs of our water supply needs for our 8 unit development. They have always been there for us, whenever or however we have needed them.

We gave our deposit and they were supposed to come at the end of August to drill our well. They never came and never called to inform why. When we reached out to them they gave us a new date, which they again did not show up. They didn’t end up showing until the end of October to drill our well with little to no heads up they were coming.
At that point our contractor had to pull the excavator because they had another job to go to. Manosh never came and did a site visit before the day they showed up to drill. When they showed up they wanted to drill on the opposite side our excavator had prepared. Therefore we had to rent a different excavator for the day, otherwise they threatened to leave. They also put in a used pump down our brand new well which didn’t allow our systems to work. They took over 9 hours to figure out why everything wasn’t working, until my husband and our hired electrician helped figure out what was wrong.

So we finally got a well 3 months later but now have additional costs for an excavator and electrician fees which was very costly. Very disappointed with our experience with Manosh and would highly encourage others to seek other companies for their needs. Horrible customer service/time/planning/expertise.

I think these guys are great Don is really helpful and he’s communicating well and patient with explaining things. Everything so busy right now and they’ve done a good job to help get me water.

Update: as soon as Don got the pressure tank in he sent over a crew first thing they where positive and new exactly what to do and did a professional job getting pressure tank in and pressure switch. I’m very appreciative thanks!

We have been patient as everyone is very busy. They have had our deposit since early Spring, it is now the middle of October and still have not drilled our new well. We have reached out to them in a respectful way and we have been very understanding and patient, at first we got excuses, now they are not returning our calls. Very Disappointed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! My family had a well drilled and water line installed with heat tape on the lines so the pipe wouldn’t freeze. The sink/water was used for maybe 3 months (very infrequently) before the cabin was shut down and not used for the next 2.5yrs, although the cabin and heat tape was checked monthly. Manosh had to come out at one point because the water was not flowing out of the faucet properly. The added pressure to the tank and that cost $450. One year later (after the water/cabin was not used) the same problem of water surging and low pressure persisted. We were told it was a faulty pressure tank, which (was explained to us by the installer) and covered under warranty (the system is 3yrs old). We are now given a bill of $1200+ for the tank and plumbing/installation WHICH WAS FAULTY FROM THE BEGINNING. Do NOT Do NOT Do NOT use this company.

Our pump died on a Sunday evening.
They showed up at 8pm replaced pump repaired wires. Our well is 420ft deep. They finished at 11pm. They did not cut one corner.
Very pleased with them.

I was very impressed with the friendliness, knowledgeability and expertise of this company. I bought a constant pressure well pump and inside tank.

Very pleased with the work completed by Manosh! Got to house around 9:30, pulled the 30+ year pump, replaced it with a new one and were gone well before noon. Clean, efficient, professional job done by a friendly crew. Cost of job was just about what I expected.

I called and they had someone here in less than an hour!!! Pretty Amazing in this day and age where it is difficult to get anyone to fix anything, especially in Fletcher.
Even better, they fixed it!

I would not go anywhere else. Perhaps it's because there was a time I worked there for several years or perhaps it's just because a few of them I call friend. This is a company that has what you need when you need it if you don't have water they're the ones to call.

Terrible. Manosh sent my credit card number and CVV PIN through email, exposing me to fraud. Manosh also strung me along for weeks on a water softener installation, then decided after install that it needed another $3000 worth of parts to work properly that were never mentioned as a possibility going into it. They refuse to put ANYTHING in writing, ever, choosing instead to call repeatedly with excuses and lies, and when you tell them to put anything in writing they ignore you and turn into ghosts. Use this horrible company only at your own risk.
