Roof Utah

I have had Roof Utah replace a couple of roofs and do a number of roof repairs for me. They are always on time, professional and do a great job. Most importantly, I didn’t find any nails or pieces of shingle or tar paper laying around after they left. They clean up after themselves! I will definitely use Roof Utah again.

Working with Roof Utah and Logan has been a great experience, we settled on our roof options on Nov 15th and had our roof finished on Dec 1st. The crew was professional, timely and a pleasure to work with.

Logan and his team are very professional. Recently replaced our roof before bad weather arrived. They did an outstanding job and were very thorough from removal and cleanup to installation of new roof. Would highly recommend to anyone, they are a great company. Can't say enough good about them.

They did good on our roof, but the logistics at the end when it came to processing payment was a headache. The foreman told me there was a way to do electronic payments but didn't know where to go to do that. (I found it myself) the electronic system looked very dated and unprofessional and if I'm paying$17k I want the payment to be secure. So then I wanted to write a check and it was a hassle finding which office to get it to. Overall could be more organized.

This was a great experience. Mike and his team were professional and easy to work with. They took care of all my concerns and did an outstanding job. The roof looks beautiful, and I am so glad to know that I have ZERO worries about the roof now, forever, since it will out last me, right? I am so glad when we sell the place we can say with pride that Roof Utah did the job fast and they did the job right! We'll be snug as bugs in each and every storm for the next 50 years!

Incredible company to deal with. The project manager was professional, courteous and hard working. The crew consisted of 3 workers that busted their butts and did an incredible job. Nothing but the highest quality materials were used. Clean up was awesome! Logan was awesome at explaining the hows and whys during the bid phase. I'm not one to generally take the time to write reviews, but my experience with Roof Utah and Logan in particular, warrant that I do so. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with the total roof replacement that I had them do on a small commercial building. Of course the roofing project required communication with an HVAC company and a solar company......and that was all taken care of nicely. The roofing job from the initial quote to the completion was timely, HONEST, VERY FAIR and professional. I think that one of the most telling things about their professionalism is that when there was a question with one area of how the installation was done in comparison to how we had discussed, Logan was out the next day to assess and ultimately correct the issue. I would recommend Roof Utah highly and I would use them again in a heartbeat. My experience with Roof Utah is that they are truly customer focused when doing what they also know how to do very well........roofing!

Really bad at communication between the workers and the Desk people. We called to confirm our appointment and they never arrived we tried to call them and they wouldn’t answer. I was super shocked seeing all the good reviews and such I had hoped for a quick and easy inspection and repair to my roof but had to go with a company who takes their job more seriously. Shoutout to MyRoof those guys came out to see what work needed to be done to my roof like ASAP it was great. This company not so great. I understand it’s a busy season but a return call or something would’ve been great. I think if you can’t even communicate with a customer it’s definitely worth a bad review.

I had 3 roofers come to my house today, first 2 were late and Roof Utah was on time...Fist guy said my roof was horribly done and the other 2 including Roof Utah said my roof was PERFECT :D He also looked over our insurance bill which the other 2 roofers didn't even ask to do and he gave us some insight on that which was help we didn't even know we needed and just over all Very professionally and courtesy :D I highly recommend this company :D Thanks Roof Utah

Logan and team built a great looking and great performing roof to protect our single family home. He was responsive during the planning phase, quick to complete the job, and overall an excellent client experience for me. The paint touch ups on the pipes were a pleasant surprise!

We had Logan with Roof Utah put a new roof on our home and garage this summer. He gave us a great price, the work was all done in one day. We could not be happier with the job. We did not lose one shingle during all the windstorms we've had this summer. Would highly recommend.

Update 8/7/23 Roof Utah installed our roof 3 years ago. With a recent windstorm in Clearfield, the roof cap on our garage blew off. I have called the office numerous times with no response. The warranty is only as good as someone responding.

Logan came and evaluated the damage from the 2020 windstorm and correctly identified the problems and then came up with a fair price and estimate to bring my home back to normal with a fair and honest price. Would not hesitate to recommend Roof Utah to anyone who needs roofing services, by far and away the best roofing company in northern utah

Logan came out promptly to give me a bid, lowest one I received from 4 others. Easy to work with, flexible, and didn’t demand things other companies did.

Workmen we’re on time, courteous, professional, and easy to talk to. Answered all my questions and did a great job. Have already referred this company to a neighbor and would again.

Roof Utah showed up as scheduled and re roofed my home. No more off color patch work from the previous home owner and the peace of mind in knowing that my roof is solid and secure. They were total pros -definitely recommended.

I am absolutely THRILLED with Roof Utah. Logan was quick to come out to take a look at the repair that we needed and was able to fix it on the spot (and at a great price!). He’s knowledgeable, professional, does great work, and left no trace. If we ever need anything done on our roof in the future, they’re the only ones we’ll call.

Logan is a true professional and expert. As we were selling our house, he agreed to come all the way up to Heber City within a few days and check out our roof that was flagged during an inspection. He was honest and gave us the bad news: it needed a new roof. The buyers also had several roofers come and give bids. He came in with a price a little below the lowest bid. He also gave us several options to still deliver a high quality roof, but at different price points considering we were on the hook for replacing the roof anyway. We set up a date for him to come put on a new roof within the next week. We told the buyers Logan was coming and that we were willing to recover the roof, but not at the price they wanted us to from their roofer’s bid. The buyer then decided to just settle on a reduced price instead of getting a roof. In the end, the confidence we had that Logan would be able to give us a new roof, in a reasonable amount of time gave us the negotiating power to settle with the buyers for more than $2000 less than the buyers were demanding. We didn’t follow through with getting the new roof after all that, and Logan wouldn’t accept any payment for his time and help. True class act. You won’t go wrong with this guy.

I love Roof Utah! I have been able to refer them to a number of my customers for inspections, repairs and full roof replacement and they have always been on time and professional. Their customer service is second to none.

Logan was amazing. Very attentive and customer oriented. We had an issue with a roof patch done by another roofer that was called out by an inspector while selling our house. Logan gave us an estimate over the phone and told us he would work us into his schedule so we could close on time. He not only did the work when he said, but drastically reduced the bill stating it was less of an issue than I had described over the phone. Great service!!

Logan is very knowledgeable and his workers did our roof in 1.5 days. Only a couple of items for future improvement was we picked up roofing pieces for several days and found a drink can stuck under our swamp cooler cover. Overall, very satisfied with the service and product. We've received several compliments about our roof and gladly shared that it was done by Roof Utah.

I got a few bids to do a second layer of shingles on my roof. They were the cheapest by far. They were very professional and they did a great job. Logan was great to work with. I’m very happy with their work.

Logan and his team did a great job replacing the roof on our garage. His quote came in lower than the competition and he was very reasonable about what needed to be done rather than just say we needed to reroof everything. Definitely kept what was best for us in mind and didn’t try to oversell us. They also worked quickly and were able to take care of the job in one day without impacting us very much at all. Would definitely recommend and will use him again if we need a roofing job.

Logan was incredible, we had a few issues, and from the moment we met to after payment, he was professional and went out his way to make sure I was satisfied. We had multiple quotes but his attention to detail, his ability to listen to customers and make things right have made the difference.

Logan gave me a great price. His company was very professional. They did a handful of extra work such as painting the vent pipes, blocking off birds' nests, venting the whole roof, and he made sure the property was spotless after the job was done. I would definitely suggest you give him a try.

I can’t say enough about the integrity of this company. I had Logan come out to give me a bid on replacing our large commercial roof. He proceeded to tell me that the roof has 5 to 8 years left, and not to replace it yet. What business does that? Turns away a $20,000 job because it’s the right thing to do? I now have a roofer for life for all of our properties.
Update 5/23. One of our locations finally needed a new roof (24 years old) and I can’t say enough about how great these guys were. And the new roof looks AMAZING.

Another company recommended replacement. Roof Utah came out quickly did a through job and said the roof is only 5 years old and looks great just a little ice build up, just keep an eye on it. Wouldn’t take any $ for coming to look. Highly recommended

After many hours of online searching and several quotes I found that Roof Utah offered us the best price for the roof over we needed for our home. The price included an excellent warranty and even came with the added bonus of removing the old swamp cooler, patching in the hole, and adding in turtle vents for proper attic ventilation. Their team did a great job with the installation and was able to complete the entire roof over in a single day. We're very happy with the quality of their work at the price point that was within our budget.

Outstanding detailed workmanship. Excellent communication. Works well with insurance companies. Excellent pricing. I've had Roof Utah do three homes and never had an issue with any of them.

Logan came and looked at my roof with a claim adjuster for hail damage. He knew what he was doing and helped the claim adjuster complete the claim properly. I received a new roof and they did a great job!

I had a roof leak that another roofing contractor (cough cough... Alliance Contractors LLC... cough cough) who had replaced my roof under a previous owner say was not covered under their warranty. I didn't trust the company and they were not responsive (after trying to work with them for 3+ months), so I decided to just pay for the repair myself. I contacted 4 or 5 other roofing companies. A few of them even said that they'd come by to look at it and give me a quote and they never did. Roof Utah was a completely different experience! Brody called me back immediately and scheduled a time to come by and look at it with me. He showed up! He gave me a reasonable quote, so I called him back to schedule the repair. Again, they showed up when they promised. Whenever Brody came or left, he'd let me know and updated me on his progress. The repair/section of roof replacement only took one day. They cleaned up their mess and I can confirm that my roof no longer leaks! Brody even called me after a few really hard rain storms to make sure. If you want a roofing company with great customer service, that doesn't charge an arm and a leg, who will follow through, and performs excellent work, give Roof Utah a call! I'd recommend them to anybody.

Logan was just so great to work with! He explained the process in detail and work with me through all my little idiosyncrasies. The job was done quickly and looks beautiful! I’ve recommended him to members of my family who are having their roofs done also! A wonderful company a wonderful crew.

We had many bids done to replace our roof after a hail storm. My husband and I both agreed that we felt the best about going with Logan and I am glad we did. I enjoyed working with Logan at Roof Utah. He was very professional and accommodating. I needed a full roof replacement and requested a bid from around 7+ contractors. Roof Utah came in with the lowest cost. Additionally, Logan included more features in the roof replacement then all of the other bids, and he was willing to take the time to answer all the questions that I had.

When it came to the work, Roof Utah completed the job in 2 days and made sure to clean up after themselves and check in with me each day.

Roof Utah did a stellar job installing my new roof. I needed a roof for my house plus my detached garage. From the bid process, which was way lower than others that I received, to the install Brody Dunn was the consummate professional. Brody took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. When the day for the install came Brody and his crew arrived and worked through the day until the job was done. The cleanup they did was AWESOME! Now I have a most beautiful new roof and no worries. I highly recommend this company as they did an outstanding job. I just can't say enough good about them.

Just to give a little back story,

I had called multiple other companies to get estimates done. My very first one I got back wanted $8900. My heart sunk.... I had some come back at $11000
Long story short, I tried to call Roof Utah to have them give estimates, but the number would not work... so I got in touch with Logan over the Google chat, and he responded very fast just as it stated.
Logan gave me a call directly instead.
We got Brody out to look at the property and got it back at $5200 and some change. Total pull and everything.

They came out when I asked them too, first thing in the AM my door and a crew of men was outside waiting to confirm work.
The first hand experience was great and professional. Brody was super kind and respectful and is someone I'd recommend to work with. Informed me of everything that was going on, even when they took off for lunch (I thought was pretty cool)

Roof Utah did a great job with our roof. We were very pleased with the service throughout the entire process. Brody was great to work with and answered all our questions. He gave us a great quote and he and his crew finished the project quickly. Our roof looks great! I had a bad experience with my prior roofer and was a bit gun-shy to deal with a new one. But Roof Utah came highly recommended. Logan was thorough in letting me know what and when things were going to happen. He was a good communicator throughout the re-roofing time (2 days) and my grounds were cleaned up well after the roof was installed. Logan was awesome. We were selling our house and needed a quote asap because our buyer was requesting we have the roof done. He worked late to fit the bid in the same day - he was the only person willing to do that, we had to wait up to a week for all the others. Then he gave us an awesome price, lower than any of the 4 other bids we were able to get. THEN he was way flexible with the install date (we had to change it 3x due to closing delays) and ended up doing it on a Saturday for the new owner.
