Was looking for a deck to be installed on a house we bought in AUG 23. I went out and got a few quotes to see what I was looking at most were from larger companies. I recieved quotes as high as $15k+ and wasn't trying to pay that amount of overhead and advertisement for them. So I contacted Frank as I would prefer to use a small local business. I was a tad nervous going with another local business as the last one sorta screwed me over at our previous house. He came over to get a picture of what we wanted in a deck and after talking felt comfortable enough to go through with it. Was very responsive to text/calls on progress and start date for our project. There was slight delays at the start but no fault to them as weather was not in our favor. Once work got started I am a person who likes to watch and see things progress. During the time we had alot of conversations on things and some laughs through the project. I will say that it felt like I knew all 3 of them forever. My only issue is I now have to actually work at my real job since it's done. I would definitely recommend Frank for other jobs that I don't have the knowledge to do.

Frank and crew came to clean, repair, and refil stone gap. Lifted a few sunk stones, cleaned it up and it looks brand new again. Thanks for the quick and efficient job.

We had a wrapped deck that had a significant amount of wood rot under the facia. The support saddle,posts,and deck railing were all infected. Frank & his team came in and worked tirelessly to make all the repairs needed. It was a huge job. They even made improvements in the concrete walk off at the stairs. Excellent work. I'll be calling them for any other improvement I need to do in the future.

Everyone’s doing home improvement it seems and the wait time for having a contractor start a job seems forever, but from the moment I met Frank he understood my deadline , he answered all my questions even those unconcerned with the job at hand. MW Construction is top notch. MW Construction designed and built a patio enclosure for my single family home. We met with Frank several times to finalize the plans, and then Mitch and his team built the enclosure. I am not an expert in the field of carpentry, but it was obvious that the team paid attention to details and takes pride in their workmanship. Frank was even available for project discussions over the weekend. The completed project looks incredible and I highly recommend the team at MW Construction.

We cannot be happier with the outdoor living space that that Frank and the MW team accomplished for us. It is truly special and for a family that loves being outside they provided the perfect space for us to “do life”. From the design phase all the way through the final touch ups it was a collaborative effort with the team. They had some incredible ideas that really took the space to a different level and ended up being better than we could have imagined. From the very beginning stages of design consultation with Christian to project construction with Frank, Josh & Mitch service was over and beyond. Mitch & Josh was very accommodating when I had sudden change of heart on small aspects of project. We are very satisfied with the end result of my visions in my mind becoming a reality. We hired MW Enterprises for our new screened in porch and deck project and couldn’t be happier with the results! The quality of the work is outstanding and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. We had some custom design features in mind and Frank was able to bring this design to life for us and had additional design ideas that ended up making our new outdoor living space even more functional. Frank, Mitch and Josh are hard working, friendly and extremely skilled at what they do. The trim work is phenomenal- it’s the little extra details that make a difference with our overall design. We are so excited for our new space, it looks like an extension of our home. We are extremely happy with the paver patio that MW Enterprises designed and installed for us. Frank did a great job helping us envision the space and came up with the perfect solution for transitioning from the patio to the asphalt driveway. Mitch and Josh did a great job with installing the patio. You could tell they took a lot of pride in their work. The craftsmanship was excellent, they were always happy to explain what they were doing/chat about the process, and they always cleaned up the area at the end of the day. We would definitely consider using them for future jobs and would recommend them to friends.

Frank, Josh and Mitch did a great job on what was, probably for them, a small job. They installed vinyl rails and banisters on my deck and stairs and it looks awesome! Their workmanship is second to none. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for deck work or patio work.

Frank and his team built our deck and patio. They were always on on time ans very easy to work with. They listened to what we wanted for our space and did exactly what we asked for.
Will will continue to work with them in the future.

I cant recommend using this company based on our experience. The job was not completed. Project spanned 10 mths (Mar-Dec2020) and still not completed. Electrical is not completed. Communication and scheduling was bad throughout the project. The product quality is decent and we like the patio and roof structure but the project management was a bad experience and after all we did pay alot for the job (It wasn’t cheap and we didn’t try to go cheap). Job planning and execution was bad. For example 3 failed county inspections and we never knew when work was going to be completed. I have never posted a review or negative review online for perspective to readers. My neighbors called the company with complaints and spoke with them due to lack of progress and unfinished aspects. (Stormwater, roof incomplete and tar paper completly blown off due to time of incompletion/construction) Stormwater management and runoff was a concern due to lack of project attention. HOA was questioning project completion. We were ghosted for very long periods and different intervals. We had to initiate contact again and again for project completion at many steps of the project. Overall I was a pretty laid back customer but I believe my wife plans on doing a post on BBB with timelines but she won’t be as generous. The onsite workers and staff were nice and fine but the issues basically stemmed with the management of the project (owner) in my opinion and commitment to our project. There are other customers in our neighborhood that have had similar issues but I can only speak to ours. This is my story. All they needed to do was complete the job. Electrical hookup and hardware install was left incomplete with wires exposed (no lights/ electrical outlets or switches complete). That is just a call to their electricians. MW Enterprise was amazing to work with from beginning to end. Our conversations started with Frank about our wants and vision for our outdoor space. When they started the project (landing and steps) we met Mitch and the crew. They were honestly such nice guys and great to have around! They were professional, friendly and very quick with turning around the build. Even when we ran into a bit of an issue space wise, Frank and Mitch were willing to make some changes to the plan to give us the space exactly how we imagined it. I couldn’t be any happier with how the build turned out! I will certainly use MW Enterprise for future projects and plan to refer them to anyone I know.

Many hours enjoying our porch and patio with family and friends over the last year. We bought our new home 1/31/19 and spend more time on the porch than in the house!!! The easy breeze windows were a great choice. Allows us to quickly close windows when it rains. Couldn't be happier. Thanks guys at MW Design and Build. You made it all happen.

MW just replaced a long (about 85 ft) failing retaining wall for me. They were great to work with from start to finish. Frank and Mitch had great ideas along the way and in the end the final product was better than I had originally imagined. What was originally an ugly wood wall with functional, at best, steps is now a beautiful wall that curves into stone steps in the back and multiple tiers in the front with quarry stone steps. My words don't really do it justice and I hope they took before and after pictures to show prospective clients because it was truely outstanding work. I highly recommend them.

MW Designs did an extremely beautiful job our deck. They were able to build our deck to my exact specifications. Project was completed in December 2015 and I am still moved each and every time I step out onto our deck. Friends and family marvel at the beautiful work and design of our new sanctuary!!

Frank, Mitch, and the rest of the crew went above and beyond what I had expected. Frank was able to beat all the competitors with a high quality product. Mitch didn’t accept anything but perfection. My vinyl railing job turned into adding a secondary hand rail, tune up of an incredibly out of code side deck, and even reattaching some siding that came off in the last storm. Frank was responding to me at 11:30 PM and 5:30 AM. Quite a pleasure to work with these guys, and will be planning on using them for more work next year!

MW did a great job on my patio roof that had been damaged by high winds. The materials were good quality and the fellows that did the installation were knowledgeable, polite, and all around nice guys. I would recommend them to any of my friends .

My project started out as the small project of installing shiplap on 2 walls in my living room and farmhouse framing the door baseboards and a window. It looked so amazing I added the entrance hall and doorway. I recently listed my house for sale. I got a full list contract in 1 day. The buyer loved it. All the feedback from potential buyers loved it. My realtor wants MW business cards to pass out. My house sold largely in part to MW’s work. Thank you Frank and company.
