Mark and Co. were professional before, during and after. Was concerned about designing the deck with a large staircase that would have to wrap around. Mark delivered a condensed staircase that didn't have to wrap and worked great for our needs. Would recommend CD&B for anyone looking for deck or other projects around your home.

Absolutely insane pricing on Pergolas! Mark just quoted me $120k for a 20x20 motorized louvered pergola for my backyard. For comparison's sake, other companies have quoted me $26k for an identical US-built product.

Mark ans team were fantastic to deal with. They took my weird piece of land and turned it into a stunning piece of landscape. I get comments from every person that comes to my home. We had no idea what to do with it, and they came with ideas, made adjustments in the middle of the project if something wasn't working, and re-did any piece we were unhappy with. Since I am in a new community, there were alot of small nuances .. Mark worked with us and delivered a great deck. There is alot of small things that he does with the decks. Excellent and fairly priced! We compared with other service providers in our area prior to hiring. , truthfully having work done on our home in the past had been a disaster. This contractor was by far the best... I recently purchased a dog and we were looking for a fence contractor for security and something that looked nice for our property. We reached out to mark once again for some recommendations fence types Etc. Mark was very thorough as always and knowledgeable of codes with Harford County needed for a fence installation. His services from start to finish were great is know how from permit process to installation being complete. Custom design and build has a great group of men in the field doing the work. I will note Mark's price was comparable but a little bit higher than the other companies in the area. I have no regrets of using his services for a second time was well worth the money and the wait to get on his schedule.
