Just spoke on the phone about pricing - they seem SKETCHY! They can’t even give an estimated price on the chimney sweep because it depends on “how dirty it is”. So they could arrive and make up a price and then you’re stuck paying that or having to wait even longer to go with another company. The inspection alone is $69 which isnt awful, but im not paying $70 for them to get here and give me an outrageous price on a cleaning that they make up on site. I give this company 5 Stars! Our water heater died and in order to have it replaced, the flue on the chimney needed to be inspected first. We called this company and they sent Claudio out on a Sunday to inspect it for us.

Also, we were told years ago (by a different company) to not use our chimney to burn wood because there was extensive damage to it and that it would cost $5K to fix. They then tried to sell us a Gas Insert for the fireplace which we declined. I bough a cheap insert from the Tractor Store that we’ve been using for the last 2 yrs.

Claudio informed us that the chimney needs to be cleaned but that it passed inspection for the water heater to be installed. He also informed us that it does need some work at the top of the chimney that will cost approx $700 (drastic price difference compared to the 5k) and that we can use it to burn wood!
