Luis is the only contractor we trust. Luis did a complete renovation of our home in Arlington. He and his team are skilled in flooring, tile, painting, shelving, closets, garage organization and smaller projects in between. We moved to Annapolis and Luis is still our contractor of choice. There is no one that has the care and consideration for each project, like Luis does. Luis is also a great problem solver when unexpected challenges come up. Luis and his team are professionals and always treat our home as if it is their own. We just had Munoz services complete the backsplash in our new home and it looks amazing. See the pictures below. We are always happy with the results of his work.

Luis has done several updates and repairs on our house throughout the year and he and his team does a wonderful job every single time. Just recently he completed the repair of our roof and they did a remarkable job. I would recommend Luis and his team to anyone and everyone.

I have been using Munoz Services for about 15 years and through two houses. When I say they’ve done everything I mean everything. They have built shelving of many different varieties, hung large heavy mirrors, installed wall water fountains, hung light fixtures and chandeliers, built stone wall in my living room, painted and so many other things.

Luis is my go to when I need an opinion on some project. I know he will be honest about whether the job is feasible to do and if he can do it. Which most times he can.

I am extremely picky about the quality of work and he is meticulous. He never cuts corners and i never have to question if the job was done to perfection. He is so detail oriented.

I also hesitate to have workers in my house and I honestly tell him what I need done and then leave the house. By time I get home it’s done exactly how I wanted it.

He goes above and beyond to make sure every project is done correctly and to stand the test of time.

We have had Luis complete several different projects in our house (deck, bathroom remodel, electrical work) and all of it has been excellent quality and good value. Luis is very professional and accommodating in every project I have had him complete.

My deck surface (11’ x24’) was old cracked and nails were popping out. Luis provided me with quote. He and his crew provided professional,excellent service, met timelines and the area was cleaned of all the old materials. All support beams were check before all the floor boards were replaced. I was kept updates as the project progressed. Munoz will be my choice for addition projects.

Luis was recommended to us two years ago by our real estate agent. He painted our entire interior before we moved in and also installed French doors to our office where none existed. Because of his quality work, we have used him several times--to change our pantry shelves from wire to wood, replace our kitchen faucet, re-caulk kitchen counters and shower/bath, and most recently, redo our main bedroom walk-in closet. He has shown himself to be a true craftsman and perfectionist for each and every job he has done for us. His rates were reasonable. He showed up when he said he would. He completed each job in a timely manner and cleaned up each area upon completion. I highly recommend him.

Luis and his company Munoz Services is the highest quality and best value in contracting work in all of Northern Virginia. We have used Munoz Services on three different properties for the past 10+ years. Luis has done everything from smaller electricity and plumbing fixes to entire kitchen and bathroom remodels. He does his work with meticulous attention to detail and is always on schedule. You get the quality of some of the larger construction companies, but at a much more affordable price.

His bathroom remodel came in thousands lower than other quotes and his work was impeccable. He has sky-high integrity and will always be honest with you about what makes the most sense for your job. He has saved me so much time and money with his good advice.

Luis is very professional and does quality work at a reasonable price. I contacted many handymen and remodeling companies and Luis gave a comprehensive and competitive bid doing both Plumbing and Electrical remodeling work in our kitchen. He was timely, neat and the finished product looks great. When installing new recess kitchen lights Luis was skilled in repairing the drywall seamlessly. Many of the bids I received the electricians did not offer to do that work, they just install and leave mess to you. Also many companies do plumbing or electrical But not both or not both well. Luis was skilled at both. My final commendation is that after completing the work we found that a small leak had developed. I only had to text him once and he responded immediately. Luis showed up the next morning (Sunday) diagnosed and repaired the issue. You can't beat that level of customer service.
