Munoz Roof and Roof Removal

After 20 years, I needed a new roof (both pitched and flat) at my home in Laguna Niguel. I opened a project on Yelp, and among several responses, I chose Munoz Roofing for the roof removal and replacement. I met with their sales person, Kyle, who did a more thorough evaluation than any other roofing company I’d contacted. He was personable, knowledgeable, and didn’t oversell. He listened to my concerns, addressed HOA requirements for the roofing type and color, and within minutes, provided a competitive estimate that included everything I needed.
Next, I met Juvencio, the project manager, who secured the permit and reviewed my roof again, explaining the process clearly. They started work a week after I signed the contract and finished within three days, just before the rain—perfect timing!
The team was experienced, and I appreciated that the same company handles both installation and removal without subcontracting. The workmanship was fantastic. There were a few minor cosmetic issues, but I brought them to the attention of Jesse, the team lead, who fixed them the next day, even in the rain. I can’t thank him enough.
