He went up and didn’t inspection and let us know that the roof was fine and that it was our AC heating unit honest and even referred to another contract for AC unit really appreciate him coming out, Mike and Barbara

I’m very disappointed with this company I have a maintenance contract due in December 2024 Spoked with with Fernando Osorio about our maintenance due , his crew came Saturday without calling and let me know . Until today I have not heard from him about the report and repair invoice . I’m having a leak in the garage and the big rain coming in 2 days This company is so unreliable and unprofessional.

We had a fantastic roofing experience with Roof Pros! We had submitted an offer on a home and discovered during the building inspection process that there were some roofing concerns. Our realtor recommended Roof Pros and we requested they do a roof inspection for us. They were timely, thorough and communicated well each of the roofing issues in a written report that included pictures and details.
We proceeded with the purchase of the home and after the close of escrow we proceeded with contracting with Roof Pros to mitigate 3 areas of roof deflection aka bowing, replaced rotted wood, laid new tar paper, added O'Hagen roof vents and had new light weight roof tiles installed. All of the roofing issues have now been addressed and the new roof and tiles look beautiful.

I waited 7 months to write this review to ensure I did not have any issues after the work Roof Pro did.

Early December 2023, heavy winds had blown off a vent on our roof that was no longer in use because we had changed out our AC and furnace. It left a hole in the roof and we were worried about the upcoming raining season.

I had requested several quotes from several companies after Christmas and before the new year and I received a quick response from a couple companies and no response from others. Roof Pro responded immediately and followed up with a quote while one other company came out and didn't send me a quote until I asked for it because he forgot and another just no showed.

My husband and I decided to go with Roof Pro because of Cesar Flores' quick response and customer service. His team took care of things a day or two after we accepted their quote. They were done in a few hours and took photos of their work and sent them to me. Their work was clean and did not leave a mess. The workers were respectful. I am happy with their service. The roof went through a lot of rain after their work but no leaks. Thank goodness! Still no issues as I am writing this review.

These guys are incredible! They did a meticulous job with the roof as well as the cleanup. They were friendly, competent and truly nice people. That includes Tony who does the estimates and the crew that did the roof. I cannot say enough about them and would recommend them to anybody without hesitation! If you want your roof done correctly, and at the most reasonable prices in town, use Roof Pros! You will not be disappointed!

I had a great experience with Tony and Jeremy. While I was getting different bids, they had fantastic communication, followed up, and went the extra mile to explain to me in detail what everything meant. During the actual process of getting the roof replaced, the communication remained consistent with the project lead, Fernando, and they performed multiple quality checks throughout. Once the roof was complete, I had one MINOR hang up. I reached out to Tony and they immediately sent someone to fix it for me. I would recommend Roof Pros to anyone who is looking to get a new roof. The whole process was amazingly fast and clean. Once they got the permit, the whole process took a week including inspections and replacing old, rotted plywood. They cleaned up each day and left our yard clean. Everyone was nice and polite. I’ve already given their information to people who have needed roofs replaced

Roof Pro did an excellent job of replacing 25-year-old shingles on our home and repairing a section of our flat roof that had developed a serious leak adjacent to an atrium. Roof Pro owner Cesar determined the source of the leak and provided a detailed and thorough project proposal outlining several options for both the shingle replacement and repair of the leaking flat section of the roof. After the tear-off of the old shingles, Rafael’s crew followed with all the necessary carpentry (including repair of the atrium beams), installation of the new shingles we had selected, and resealing the area of flat roof around the atrium. The crew cleaned up around the house perimeter after each day’s work. Roof Pro personnel handled the entire project professionally and efficiently. We are very pleased with the results.

I recently had my roof replaced with Roof Pro. The company requested payment in full when the work was complete. I thus happily sent a check the same day. I paid by check because this company charges a hefty fee to use a credit card, which is inconvenient. With that said, it's been weeks since my check was sent and it still hasn't been cashed. Even worse: I sent an email to confirm that my check was received, which it was, and then sent a follow-up email almost two weeks ago to ask if/when the check will be cashed and I never received a reply to that email. I texted the salesperson with whom I worked (and who I won't name here as a courtesy to him) -- and he said the check was cashed last week, which is not true. I'm befuddled as to why a company would wait so long to deposit a check -- and, worse, not reply to emails asking about such an issue. I found the overall back-end of the process with this company unsatisfactory and frustrating. The customer service just isn't at the level one would expect after paying thousands and thousands of dollars -- and promptly -- for a service.

Very professional company . They did our roof a couple of years ago and because of a significant sea gull problem we had them add spikes to keep the birds off of our roof & solar panels. With the recent storms this year several of these spikes broke loose. Roof Pro returned and re-secured the spikes as part of their warranty!

Benjamin was great and helped in pretty much every step even though he was supposed to hand off to a project manager. Project manager didn’t communicate well and the tarp and sand bags that we had purchased were thrown away by the workers supposedly even though they were brand new, wasn’t even given the option keep them, really disappointed cause experience started off so well.

Timely, good workers who know their trade. Had one minor issue after work was done and they fixed it immediately. Excellent experience!!

Very prompt and great work completed, we had our roof sealed due to all of the rain during the winters, and Jhonny and his team worked quickly and accommodated any feedback and changes we wanted for our gutters. They also provided an evaluation and estimation to replace our roof in 2-3 years, so we know when we might be looking at having to replace our roof. I am happy to work with and support a local and small business!

Tony from Roof Pro was the most professional of all the companies I received bids from. He came on time, he came prepared, he was thorough and very couteous. No hard sell, just good investigation of the problem. The work hasn't begun yet but so far, I'm very impressed.

We recently had the roof of our home done with all new plywood sheathing, along with all new Fascia boards all around the house. The demo team first came to tear out the existing roof quickly, then was the install. The roof looks fantastic. We are highly satisfied with the quality of Roof Pro’s work. Tony Tatad an absolute genuine, honest and technical roofing consultant came punctually to inspect our concrete tile roof with his top of the line drone on Jan 25, 2024, unfortunately, due to our house is too close to JFTB NAF, authorization takes time, we failed to see the drone in action, but thankfully Tony got authorized and came back on Jan 29, provided us with clear pictures of our roof, and even marked one of the vent without metal screen to keep creators out, we’re so impressed and grateful he remembered our replies to his questions.

No roof repair is needed for now, yet the courtesy trustworthy inspection performed by Tony approved by Fernando/project manager, cemented Roof Pro to be our roofer for life.

We deeply appreciate the same peace of mind, and all the help from Lisa, Johnny, Carlos and Fernando in replacing one single edge tile broken by a careless painter in June.

I was just up on my new roof installed by Roof Pro and it's solid as a rock after recent heavy rains. Looks like it will last another 40 years. They did a great job collaborating with a solar company on the installation of 33 new solar panels that come with a great deal of roof perpetrations. The installation team only accessed the roof from the front except for cleaning up miscellaneous debris that feel off the roof during installation. They were very responsive and friendly throughout the installation.

It’s been over three years since my roof was repaired and it has held up nicely. The crew was very professional and worked fast so they got the work done in record time.

The RoofPro team were professional and provided excellent flow of communication throughout the course of work. There were a few glitches with timing and the final inspection but these were easily rectified. Overall we were very satisfied with the end result.

I called to have vent pipes sealed. secure loose tiles and repaired facial board. Usage of drone visually identified all the areas that needed attention and took doubts out of my mind. Workers showed up on time and completed the tasks within reasonable time. They were all professional, friendly and I highly recommend their service.

Much deserved 5 star. Paid attention to my needs ( even though it was a small project). Got the job done and cleaned up well. Price quoted was very competitive.

The only issue we had was cleanliness after the job was completed. There were parts left on the ground and in our pool (debris and nails) that were not initially cleaned. The company did a good job responding to our complaints, however, and resolved the issue satisfactorily.

We were originally referred to Roof Pro by OC Solar (who we strongly do not recommend); however, the good news is we connected with Cesar Flores (owner) of Roof Pro. Cesar is not only professional, but a good human. Financing for independent consultants isn't easy and he was patient with us throughout the process and quickly answered our questions. Our biggest challenges were the metal roof distributor who dropped the ball on ordering and not knowing we didn't have plywood at all, which was a large additional expense. Having a full timeline of events and schedule would have been helpful, but we were supplied with updates from Fernando and Cesar when we inquired. Five stars and happy referrals to Cesar and the team!

Came to the house on short notice just prior to a large rain storm hitting our area. They installed temporary covers over areas we had leaks during the last storm. Everything was done efficiently and effectively and we got through the storm with no further leaks.

We worked with Jhonny to replace the underlayment. Jhonny was very knowledgably about his work and he was very detail oriented. He explained to us in details what the problem was and the project plan. We felt comfortable to go with Roof Pro, because out of all the companies we talked to, Jhonny's proposal was the best one. We had a temporary tarp put on first, then the replacement of the underlayment started a few weeks later. The crew worked very efficiently. They cleaned up all the nails and debris after. Jhonny checked on the progress and followed up with us regularly. I highly recommend Roof Pro. And if you can, ask for Jhonny to be your technician and project manager, for only he is extremely knowledge, but also he offers excellent customer care.

Cesar, the owner was wonderful. I had so many technical questions about insurance, permits, venting, underlayments, possible scopes of work (we had leak in one small area, but struggled to determine age of roof and degree to which we desired full re-set of the roof) - the Owner Cesar priced multiple scenarios - so patient - nice to speak with someone so helpful and so intelligent. Good pricing, not the the least expensive, but very fair and they responded in a timely manner. Once you are their client, they work go to bat for you - even helped us at another home that had a couple of leaks at chimney and vent at no charge to us and in time for the rain. Great experience, fast and smooth. It took just a few days for the crew to remove the old roof, fix up the wood and lay down the beautiful mew Landmark Pro Silver Birch. Inspection and all was very smooth. Our home looks great and stays cooler under the summer sun now.

We were so impressed with Roof Pro, from start to finish! They were prompt to respond to my call after the heavy rains, whereas other contractors gave me the brush-off. They scheduled an appointment promptly, and once the work was scheduled, they assured me that if we had more rain forecasted before the repair, they would cover the affected area so as no further damage would occur. I was supplied detailed drone pictures of the repair before, during, and after, and every step was explained to me along the way. After the job was completed, all the area around my home was cleaned up to perfection. They even did a sweep of the grass and all the surrounding areas with a giant magnet, to assure that there were no stray nails left anywhere.

Our Shop was in desperate need of repair and water was coming through in many areas. I called many shops for estimates some showed others didn’t. We highly recommend Roof Pro for your roofing needs. Cesar and Jhonny were very professional, easy to work with, very responsive to communication, and just all-around nice guys! Roof Pro provides a link to photos of the work being done on your roof so you can follow along with the progress. We loved being able to see what was happening up there! The guys cleaned up everyday, and Cesar even sent his guys back after final inspection because he wanted them to clean up even more! We got quotes from other roofing contractors, and Roof Pros pricing was extremely competitive. They do great work, and we are so happy with the results!
