We contracted with Munoz Home Services to have our house painted, siding replaced with Hardie Board and have several pairs of shutters repaired and repainted. The house was built in 1964 by Kettler brothers with the original paneling and shutters in place. Unfortunately the carpenter bees had really gone to town on the shutters and they were in fairly bad shape. After meeting with the Munoz team we felt confident that their team would address the wear and tear on an older house to give it great curb appeal. Considerable time was given to prepping and to painting with Behr Ultra paint 2 coats or more as needed especially on the shutters. The men working were dedicated and hard working and clearly treated our property with care. The end result was as promised--outstanding! This family business is highly recommended for their communication skills, fair prices and quality work. Any concerns were addressed quickly and easily for example: did not schedule work on a rainy day, went out of the way to obtain and replace an attic vent which other contractors didnt want to do , left the work area clean daily. This is a wonderful company and team which we would use again and highly recommend.
