Eddy and the team check out and clear the roofs on all my rental properties! They are awesome and send me pics every year! Super appreciate these guys and just nice to have them do the same thing every year on autopilot!

Eddy and his crew were absolutely fantastic! From the moment Eddy came out to give an estimate, I knew I was in good hands. He provided a detailed and easy-to-understand quote with several options and helpful variations. He even made a video walkaround of my house, pointing out areas to address—complete with some funny weather commentary that had me laughing!

The work they did was top-notch:

✔️ Killed and removed mold (with a 2-year algae-free guarantee!)

Eddy even gave me a full tour afterward to make sure I was happy with the results. And as a bonus, when they noticed my woodpile had fallen over, Eddy and one of his crew members took the time to help me restack it and clean the muddy tarp—completely unprompted. So thoughtful!

Highly recommend MultiMan Services. They've done my house a couple times now. Looks brand new afterwards. This is no person with a rented power washer trying to clean house. Professional rig that does a professional job. You get what you pay for.

I have used them 2 years in a row to clean the gutters on my 2 story house. They booked me quick, were transparent fair pricing, and did a great job both times. They even went the extra mile and knocked down an old hornets nest that was on the upper level. I would recommend them and am definately using them next year.

We hired MultiMan services to wash the siding on our 2.5 story home in 2024 because we just didn't have the equipment to do it ourselves. They were able to get us booked quickly and communicated with us throughout the entire process from start to finish. We have lots of plants near the house and they did everything necessary to protect them from damage. The siding looked brand new again after they were done and we are very happy.

Our kitchen remodel was amazing! Eddy was great to work with. He did an excellent job in a very short timeframe. I would use his company again and recommend it to others.

I needed Eddy and his crew from MultiMan Services to come out and access my roofs condition because of a request from my homeowners insurance policy holder. He sent a guy out next and schedule an appointment next day. Every issue that was witnessed was explained along with what the MultiMan crew would do to make minor repairs. Also the cleaning process was explained and what to expect after the process was complete. I know, I know there was a lot said to tell you that I was extremely impressed with everyone’s professionalism and how great my roof looks. These guys did a fantastic job. Thank you guys.

Eddy delivered a 5-star performance. He reviewed the process with solid detail, explained how it would save our roof for another 5 years. He was friendly and professional, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend his service.

All-in-all the service and price were fair but I had issues with communication. I needed the fascia & gutters replaced on my garage and I was told on multiple occasions that I would be contacted regarding the installation date of my gutters but I never received that call. I was not informed that multiman services would employ a separate contractor to install the gutters as multiman came and did the fascia themselves. This alone would not have been a huge issue except the other contractor had screwed up on their end and did not know they were only working on the garage. I work night shift and was woken up in the middle of the day by someone tearing off the downspouts on the house, which they did replace for free so no harm done otherwise. Multiman services came by some time later to install the gutter guards and the job was complete.
Knowing what I know now, I believe I would use multiman services again but I would ask that communication was a bit better between multiman and the customer regarding when the work is being done and who is doing it.

Edit: I gave you the best hours to communicate with me several times during the conversations we had. The job was not being done at YOUR convenience because all you did was put up the fascia before you sent a separate contractor, that I didnt know about, that started ripping gutters off of my home while I was asleep. That and my insurance was emailing or calling me DAILY because I promised them the installation date that was never provided by multiman services.
So I dont care if you were criticized for over communication because your blatant lack of communication caused what you were apparently trying to prevent to begin with.

Answered questions regarding services in a timely manner. Once services were scheduled, they were prompt to arrive during scheduled time. Knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.

MultiMan Services did a very thorough premium gutter cleaning at my home. The technicians were informative, friendly, timely, and communication was terrific. Huge thumbs up!

Gabe came out to clean out gutters and did an awesome job. He even offered to trim back some trees that were hanging down near the roof line. Eddy stopped out half way through and asked if there was anything else they could take care of and offered to fix a hanging downspout for me that was missing a bracket. They were very friendly and professional and Eddy discussed some other services they offered without being pushy like typical salespeople. We will definitely be contacting them again for future projects.

Eddy always does quality work and is excellent about educating customers about their home. He's very knowledgeable which allows him to offer so many services for the exterior of homes.

It was indeed a pleasure to deal with Eddy and Gabe today. They are very friendly and personable and it was fascinating to watch the whole process as they rejuvenated the roof on my house. Also, Eddy was kind enough to let me experience watching his "drone" as it videoed the work Gabe was doing on the roof....AND he also sent me a copy of the video to my phone. If anyone is looking to extend the life of their roof "without" doing a total replacement, I would DEFINITELY recommend Eddy and Gabe with Roof Maxx! Job WELL DONE.

Came early with notice, did a great job. Eddy left no mess at all after cleaning our gutters. His attitude and customer service was AMAZING! We're already setting up an appointment to pressure wash our house. 100% satisfaction and then some.

We were looking to get our home cleaned and the roof sealed. Eddy came out and talked to us about what they offered. We were very interested. Eddy came out and cleaned the house, installed gutter guards, and sealed the roof with the roof max system. Everything went well and they were very professional.

MultiMan did a wonderful job cleaning our house! We asked for a partial wash because it’s primarily the North side that gets the green look. They accommodated our request, and did a wonderful job. They even washed some of the sidewalk too. Well worth the money! We’d definitely use them again.

Eddie does a fantastic job. My house and deck haven’t looked this good in years. He is as professional as can be and everything he did was top notch. He came out the day I placed a request for quote and even went as far as a walking video tour explaining what would be done and all the things that he noticed might need attention. His quote had several options to choose from and he had bundle pricing available. I received an appointment date and then a notification on that date with his actual arrival time. I was truly impressed with the results that I received and would HIGHLY recommend Multi-man services to anyone. Just fantastic!

Eddy did a fabulous job by first assessing my needs, and gave a thorough explanation. The when the job got done, he provided a detailed video of all the areas that needed and got repaired, as well as the Roofmax treatment. I am extremely satisfied, and found the pricing to be very fair as well.

MultiMan services was very professional and did a thorough job. We have a very tall house and he went above and beyond to clean the gutters out. He even took apart a downspout that was blocked up.
After our service we had questions about our gutter guards and he came back to look at them. Will be using him again!

The work was good but at no time were we warned about the 3% convenience fee when paying with card. We had no time to go to an ATM and get cash. When I inquired about the fee they said they could refund it but would drop us as a customer. Then proceeded to send laughing emojis. Glad they dropped us. Would definitely not recommend.

These men cleaned the entire exterior of our house until it glistened! Remarkable difference in appearance! I will definitely hire them again when necessary!

We have used Multi Man Services twice now to clean our gutters and we were very satisfied both time. Eddy's communications with me were excellent. His use of technology is very good; he makes it easy. On this least assignment, he changed a few bulbs that were at the second level and difficult for me to reach. This was very helpful. Eddy cleaned our gutters a couple months back and did an excellent job. He was very responsive, had reasonable pricing and is very knowledgeable. He will be coming back in the spring for new gutter installation, deck cleaning and exterior house washing.

Stuff on the roof. They let me know about some issues I had with some gutters and they let me know and they fixed it. all is better. I am so glad I chose MultiMan Services.

I contacted Eddy about gutter cleaning. He actually answered the phone when I called! Very responsive and professional. I was not able to be at the house when he did the job so he sent me a video of the cleaning in progress and I was very pleased with the work he did. Very nice guy, will use him in the future.

I could hear them scrubing from inside and could smell the freshness once they were finished!

Eddie and Jordan made our home sparkle! We had a lot of debris on our siding and windows. With the wash and the exterior window cleaning, everything looks like new. There was a very old black dirt stain on a soffit near the gutter, we are amazed it could ever be this clean again. We have a three season porch and they washed our screens inside and out. The porch looks fresh and beautiful again! They are very careful with their equipment and very knowledgeable and detail oriented in their cleaning process, which shows in the results. Very Professional and did a tremendous job on our building. We had a silo mishap causing flour and dirt to accumulate on the sides and gutters of our building. MultiMan was fast and got the job done.

MultiMan Services completed a roof cleaning to remove algae and then did a Roofmax reconditioning. The whole experience was fantastic. The initial meeting and presentation of options was professional and very thorough. Scheduling each application was fast and they did a great job working around my schedule. Once scheduled, they stayed in contact to be sure I understood what was expected of me before they arrived. On the day of the applications, they notified me when they would be there and then arrived on time. My roof looks great and I have already began recommending them to others. In fact they did such a great job, I am having them clean my deck.

Did a good job. Good communication. Pictures to show cleaned gutters on our two story house provided. Gave options for additional services to maintain our home. Will hire again.

Roof and gutter cleaning was in progress within an hour after I inquired about having those things done. Also some things that my gutters and my electrical entry require in the way of Maintenance was pointed out to me giving me a chance to get those things done soon. If friends need these kind of services I won't hesitate to recommend Multiman services.

I am a repeat customer. Excellent communication and follow up. The video's of the process add an additional level of assurance the job is being completed as described.

UPDATE!!! May 2025.
We've had Multiman Services out again to wash our house. He and Gabe are so good and the house always looks brilliantly clean. They are so careful with the house - I feel like they treat it like their own home.
In addition, we had the RoofMaxx coating done on our roof. Our roof is about 20 years old and it was starting to show its age. Eddy did a nice job of explaining in the photo gallery what was going on up on our roof (some shedding of the asphalt), cracks in plumbing boot, some corrosion on some metal fasteners. These are things we would never have known about since we have a 2 story house. They fixed all these items and recoated our roof with RoofMaxx (which is soybean based) to get some more life out of our roof.
The roof looks fantastic and we have peace of mind that our roof is in good order.
I can highly recommend Multiman Services. We really like the thoroughness of Eddy's quotes and he is always responsive to concerns.

Multiman is fantastic! Eddy is so courteous and punctual with the jobs he does. Not only does he do a great job but he is always thinking about how to improve the home owner experience by suggesting simple changes to make home maintenance easier. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work.
We have had our house washed and outside of our windows washed twice by Eddy and it’s been excellent everytime. We have even used him for gutter cleaning at our business (commercial property) and not only was it an excellent job of cleaning but he was efficient and made sure that our sidewalk was cleaned up as well.
