What a disaster! 4 months later still nothing but excuses. This company's guarantee is to send the same crew out that caused all the damage in the first place! The work done by (Roof Concepts and Construction/RCC) and the additional damages cause by them have my home in worse condition then when they started.
This company (the first on their list) replaced the roof on my 82 year old mother in laws house 45 days ago. The job is very poor, the yard and flowerbed got pummeled with old shingles and debris despite their fancy netting setup, even dented the garage door. The fences on both sides of the house are gouged and scraped from the shingles being thrown down. Brian promised to fix everything but keeps cancelling, making excuses, or at best has some worker to piddle around and waste our time. I don't see where all these raving reviews came from, this roof job is bad. They just need to have a real crew come and replace this mess and quit screwing us around.

Brian just got on the roof for the first time yesterday 9/27/24, and you said " It's Bad" and you have to get another crew to fix it. But you didn't. You continue to make promises you don't keep and continue to kick the can down the road.
To clear a couple things up, we gave RCC every opportunity to come out and fix the issues though I keep hearing " The homeowner won't allow us to come out to correct the issues" This must be a contractor "go to phrase". Another excuse, "It's hot in Texas that's why there is marring on the shingles", but yet you've done plenty of other roofs since, ours is just not priority even though you say it is.
Also, crooked shingle rows are not caused from the heat.

**Response to you Dmitry.** We sent you an e-mail yesterday morning accepting your offer, we have chemo appointments to work around but I'm sure we can get the dates together.
Thank you for getting involved but some of your responses are not accurate, so here are corrections. Brian from Roof Concept Construction always said he would fix the problems, we gave him many, many chances to correct the issues, but always had excuses for cancelling. We sent you a timeline, so you know. 43 days after the roof installation, Brian got on the roof for the first time, this was the day he was going to fix everything. When he came down from the roof, he said it was bad and will try to find a crew, it was obvious he was not capable of handling the repair. That's when we got back with Michael who notified you Dmitry. You should understand why we don't want Brian to do the work, he caused the damage and has been unable to correct it in 43 days. We've been very patient and accommodating. Michael asked us to work with Brian since he said he was willing to fix the issues. We did that even before before he asked us to, but time went on and very little got done.
The interior damage has not been fixed so I don't know who informed you that it was. The interior damage happened because Brian, knowing it was going to rain, left the roof exposed even though he guaranteed everything was 100% sealed. The front elevation of the house had bare decking, it got soaked as did the attic and inside of the home, it was raining all over inside our house, the a/c vents, light fixtures as well as the ceiling fans. I have video of that which I sent you. The wet decking was covered with wet underlayment followed by shingles, all were wet. Some of the radiant barrier is peeling now as well as air pockets throughout. This was all due to RCC's lack of attention.
***Dmitry, the only mistake we made was selecting Roof Concepts and Construction, the first of the roofers from your list in the 3 closest zip codes. I can guarantee if they did your roof like they did mine you would feel the same way. Please prove me wrong and I will be the first to post a message telling everyone that you took care of this situation.

Directorii is a referral company, not an INSURANCE- they put contractors on their list and the contactors pay Directorii a fee for each job- then they send you an email saying you have a guarantee.

Here is a response from the owner on another complaint, even after his attorney wrote and told my mother he IS NOT an insurance company:

"We are not lead generation company, we are recommendation and insurance company." ***

After we filed a claim we were basically ignored and everything was pushed back on the roofing company who did all the damage.

***It has been almost 5 months now since my 82 year old mother used a roofing company-Roof Concepts and Construction owned by Brian Finley (not woman owned as advertised) came up on the top of the list. Brian sent a 3rd rate crew to my house with no supervisor or anyone that could speak English. They make a huge mess with the old shingles and debris, big scrapes and gouges in the fence, and dented my garage door with their netting setup. I shortly realized this was not a real roofing crew, it was that bad. We called Brian to come out to look at the bad work and the impending rain storm. Brian said the roof was 100% sealed knowing it was going to rain. 45 minutes later it started raining hard, our house flooded. It flooding the attic and main floor. We were left to handle the job of drying out the attic and personal item. We had to hire a water remediation team to finally dry the attic and replace insulation. RCC called after 2 weeks to get the gutters reinstalled and get the final payment. The metal trim was so damaged it needed to be fixed before covering them it with gutters. They keep hanging on the phrase "we refused to allow them to finish the work". The trim was unbelievable bad, see photos.
In the meantime we had 2 roofing inspectors look at the roof and provide report, both listed major issues, heavy marring from foot travel, either way it failed an inspection. To clear things up we were in no rush to get the roof done, if it was too hot RCC should have know that, these issues are from more than that, crooked rows are not caused by the heat. After 3 weeks we filed with Directorii to make sure we didn't miss the 30 day mark. We spoke with Michael and explained the issues and got the claim started. He called Brian at RCC to discuss, Michael called back and asked us to work with Brian since he offered to do any repairs needed. We really wanted a new/real crew, but agreed to give Brian a chance. Brian said he would do all the repairs pointed out on the reports. He made numerous appointments with us but cancelled most for a range of reasons from feeling dizzy to throwing a baby shower.
Brian set another appointment 43 days after the original install, this was the first time he got on the roof, he came down and said it was bad and he would have to find a crew. It was more damage than he knew even though his crew did the work. We told him we are getting back with Directorii and getting another roofing company to fix this mess.
We called Michael back and said we want another roofing company to fix our roof, we gave Brian many opportunities.
Dmitry called the following week, he said he would fly out and oversee RCC doing the work and sign off when it was done. We explained we gave RCC every opportunity to fix the issues, We wanted a new crew, if not we asked to have the amount they said they insured this job for so we could get a new roofer to fix it. Dmitry said no his only offer is to have RCC do the repairs. We reluctantly accepted Dmitry's offer but feel we should have been offered a better roofing company after all the hassle, we are the ones that have been put out and fear this will just be a patch job.

NO ONE from this company has paid my mother for any damages/ repairs.

*We have received no help-now an extremely rude attorney in MN that works for Directorii is emailing and trying to intimidate my mother.

Roofers beware. Very few homeowners ever see Directorii. They claim to be the new BBB and like themselves to Amazon or Uber.
The reality: the owner is on Facebook asking people where to buy business cards and how to create QR code's!
The sad part is he'll probably sell this information to new roofers desperate for leads.
