Went with Bullet Proof Builders due to all the 5 star reviews. Was not disappointed. We had a newer guy Grant, who was great. If he wasn't sure about an answer he would reach out to Nick and would get back to us in a timely manner. We had hail damage and Bullet Proof replace Windows, gutters, roof, and exterior. The house looks fabulous. Our only complaint was not of their doing, we had some issues with ABC supply, that ordered the wrong windows, and delivered the wrong size screen door, the wrong colored screens, and a screen that was a trapezoid. Wouldn't hesitate to go back to them.

Nick did a great job in communicating about the process and was on time with getting the job accomplished. The work was done professionally. The roof, gutters and windows are great. I would recommend them to anyone.

We cannot say enough about how great it was working with this company. We were dealing with some major hail damage and it became complicated working with our insurance and mortgage company, but his persistence and knowledge helping us through it paid off. Not to mention he was constantly in communication with us letting us know when things would get done. Their work and work ethic was top notch.

Nick and his team went above and beyond with handling my hail & wind damage. As a newer home owner, I was so grateful to have Nick’s knowledge, experience, and patience with navigating the claims process. Everyone with BulletProof Builders was so helpful and kind. The crew would make sure my yard was cleaned up at the end of each day. I was able to text/call Nick whenever I had questions and he responded quickly and helped explain things to me. I got Nick involved with our son's home when I noticed what I thought was Hail damage on Siding & possible Roof. He visited our house , inspected & found damage. He then used an app that tracks neighborhoods that had storms. It was determined we had a storm last August we didn’t even know about. We had switched insurance company’s and had to put a claim in on the previous company. Nick handled all the dealing with the adjusters & claim. They didn’t approve the siding but did the roof. The roofing crew was there at 630am with the dumpster & roofing materials. In one day these professionals stripped the roof off, determined the plywood needed replacing, installed all new wood and all new roofing , and completely cleaned up the area, including having the dumpster removed.
Excellent service and I would absolutely recommend them.

They communicated thoroughly, checked in on my home progress, and helped me tremendously. Replaced gutters, inspected my roof, and connected me with other providers that i needed for my old home! Great team to work with! They work with the insurance company directly so the homeowner doesn't have to. It was such a relief not having to deal or barter with the insurance company at all as the homeowner.

Great experience.
Nick and the company were great to work with. Very responsive and wanted to make sure we understood each step of the process.
Storm damaged roofing was removed and replaced in roughly 6 hours. Incredibly fast.
Storm also damaged one side of our siding but direct replacement was unavailable, entire house siding was pulled, rewrapped, and resided in a beautiful new color in 1 and a half days. Crazy.
Will definitely recommend and use this contractor again.

I had the good fortune of having the Bulletproof Builders replace my roof due to hail damage. Without Nick, one of the owners, and his proactive response to the hail damage, I might have not known that my roof had damage. For this, I am incredibly grateful. Nick was a consummate professional. He had a high degree of integrity, telling us what we needed, how much it would cost and when he could begin the project. There were no surprises. He also helped us fill out the insurance claim which I greatly appreciated. What amazed me was that Nick would keep in touch with us throughout the project. He told us what he was going to do, when he was going to do it, and then did it. His company is very efficient. Called many contractors and Nick was one of the few that called me back regarding my house repair needs. Our garage door had a ornamental keystone that was not originally properly installed and water had worked itself into the wood header. The wood was rotted and needed repair. Nick asked a few questions over the phone and stopped by for inspection on the same day as I called him. He was knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done to repair the garage header. He was able to get his crew to work the next business day and they were fast but detailed in their work. The layers of flashing and metal wrap was installed to provide multiple layers of protection against water. I am very satisfied in their quality of work and would recommend others to reach out to Nick for exterior house repair needs.

Mike from BulletProof Builders came out to get me a quote on some storm damage. He was very knowledgeable and prompt! I was nervous about cost but was put to ease after receiving a fair quote. I’ll be going with Bulletproof because of the quick responses, fair pricing and clear knowledge the team shows.

I had a home remodel I was doing prior to listing and needed a new roof ASAP. Mike got me a quote quickly and the roof was installed in a very timely manner and well too! We chose a greyish/blue roof and it made the whole house look way better. The house immediately sold. :)
