They did an amazing job wrapping our truck the first time, and after it was damaged in an accident, they went above and beyond re-wrapping half the truck to perfection. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship are top-notch. Everyone we worked with was so friendly and professional, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The service was outstanding from start to finish. We couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend MSA Customs to anyone looking for high-quality work and excellent customer service!

Don’t hesitate to have any work done here the manager TJ the Manager is a stand up guy and the technicians very experienced are second to none they pay attention to every detail! My radio installation was quick and they don’t play games when it comes time to pay. True professionals all of them here including the office staff!

I highly recommend MSA Customs! When I arrived, my 2016 Ram Mega Cab 2500 had a stock equipped rear air ride suspension that had failed. After taking it to a Ram dealership I was told it would cost 3200.00 to fix and no guarantee it would be completely repaired.
I chose to have the stock air suspension removed and replaced with new coils and shocks. The folks here jumped in showed me my options and costs up front. They were kind and helpful throughout my experience. Not mention saved me over $1000.00 or more. Great job!

If you need a place to store your vehicle take it to MSA. Nothing was done in a reasonable amount of time. Took my vehicle there for warranty work. After 6 weeks nothing had been done. Was told they filed a claim and waiting for inspector. Then couldn’t get hold of warranty company after trying fit 2 weeks. I called warranty company and got thru the first time. Nothing but lies from Craig. Got my keys and took it somewhere else. Waste of 2 months trying to get my vehicle repaired.

I decided it was time to get my windows tinted. I am generally an anxious person and like to research options.

MSA customs was a win! I felt heard, and that I wasn't overcharged. I was checked on by staff as I had to stay in the lobby (brought work with me). They accommodated me with snacks and coffee!! Alsp, my car ended up looking amazing.

I took my car to MSA Customs for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Scheduling my appointment was super easy and allowed me to work around my schedule! When I arrived today I was greeted by Jordan, she was super sweet and very proactive. My car was taken back to the shop promptly and Chris handled everything for me in the shop in a timely manner. Dylan was amazing, from communicating and updating me about my car. I would recommend MSA customs if you want friendly customer service, clean waiting area with refreshments and prompt service!

I am not sure I have the words to express what awesome customer service I got from AARON RUNYAN he went over and beyond for us. Also working with us was Michael Arnold equally top skilled customer service we received. They worked "magic" to get us into the car I wanted no pressures it was just a great positive experience.

The person I worked with, Lori, was amazing! I just got finished with a bankruptcy and have been flooded with letters from "special programs" at auto dealerships promising everything and ultimately not living up to any of the hype. Lori was upfront with me from the beginning, and went out of her way to get me into a car with a affordable payment! I'm a customer for life! :)

I bought a Nissan Titan with the Cummins Diesel in it a few months ago and I want to give a two month update. The truck ran fine for the first month, it has sat in a diesel shop ever since then waiting for repairs. As soon as we left the parking lot the check engine light popped on, we did not think anything of it at the time because the truck ran fine. We did not purchase the “service agreement”, we figured if we spent 35,000$ on a truck we would not have to worry about it, as it sits the truck needs 8,000$ in repairs. I called the dealership after the shop gave me the quote to repair it hoping they would work with me on it since I just recently purchased it… but no luck, all they would say it all sales are final.

I believe this is the result of inexperienced mechanics. If they had done a proper inspection they would have found stored codes when they plugged in there scan tool. Because of some mechanics laziness, my 35,000$ truck is becoming a 43,000$ truck.

My original review still for the most part stands. If you decide to by from them, I would still speak to Ashley, she was very professionally and helpful through the buying process. The team at motor sports authority has one of the best buying experience I’ve seen in a long time.

I will not do business with this dealership anymore. Just because I pulled a bad apple from the tree does not mean every vehicle they sell is un reliable.
But buyer beware, if they did not properly inspect my truck there’s no telling how many other cars got passed through without a inspection, the dealer ship my not know how many cars on there lot could have serious issues.

Love this place. After Big O Tires messed with me about pricing I'll continue going to Motorsports. The did a great job on my DV8 bumper install and I'm going to hopefully have my 20" lightbar installed there this week. Will update with after pictures of the lightbar. They did instill this bumper for 1/4 of what Big O Tires quoted me after saying they'd do it for less the day before. Thank you Motorsports Authority!

Very helpful and knowledgeable willing to go the extra mile. For customers for that service department is very busy and patients are welcome.

Purchased a 2020 Sonata off the showroom floor that had the blacked-out package and other accessories added by Motorsport Authority at Crain Hyundai in Conway. Also, purchased the ceramic tint for the front windshield installed by Motorsport Authority. The initial installation of ceramic tint was marred and required removal and reinstalling. The initial blackout started to unravel within 30 days aftet the purchase of my new vehicle and required getting corporate involved to address the issues surrounding the aftermarket tires and the blackout package. Motorsport Authority repaired the blackout package and I returned the vehicle the same day for a reinstall. Approximately two weeks after the final repairs, the blackout package is unraveling again and Rob from Motorsport Authority is ignoring my text message.

The company will not stand behind their work nor provide warranty coverage for their products. My advice is have your aftermarket work done by professionals.

We had a side by side wrapped... they didn’t tighten any of the screws on one side where they couldn’t fold the wrap they just patched it together with pieces and also left off the dry storage box completely and I had to go back to the shop to get it... not to mention some screws missing... the price was reasonable but they told us they lost money on the job but I can send pictures of the “patchwork” would definitely not use again!

Thank y'all so much for doing my truck so much better. Defiently recommend. Guys were very helpful had 1 little bubble in the driver side I let them know he came out removed the bubble. Windows look AWESOME. ❤

I've gone here a couple times and they make an effort to provide good service. Pricing is also fair. Sometimes it's difficult to get a hold of them but they are probably there.. just keep calling.

However, there are occasional issues...

I've had high flow cats and a catback installed as well as a cold air intake.

One or two of the issues would have been fine, but when they pile up it becomes a larger issue.

The first install I had I left the car there almost the entire day before being contacted and told they haven't started because they got stuck on another install.

They also offer a loaner vehicle as they're owned by Crain Hyundai, or a drop-off/pick-up if no loaner is available. It's common to not have one available. If I was told I have to arrange my own ride I would do that but when I'm told otherwise I expect whatever I'm told.

I don't think it's directly MSA's fault, though. I think Hyundai should allocate a certain amount of loaners to MSA. The good news is that they recently obtained 15 cars, from what I heard. Maybe this will allow for them to have them more often.

Once I had been dropped off and once they were done they never really contacted me. I called and they told me they were putting the bumper on as we speak. I think they should have called before they even started putting the bumper on so I can get picked up. Turns outs they no longer do pick-ups past 4. However, they arranged one anyway by just taking a Hyundai off the lot and getting it done.

Nothing wrong with the catback and high flow cats install other than a few smudges here and there I wiped clean. Not a big deal.

The intake install had numerous issues. When I arrived they didn't have my radiator cover bolted down and I pointed it out and it was immediately tightened -- again, no big deal.

They broke a screw head off in my MAF sensor and didn't bother replacing it. They didn't align the couplers evenly so it looked a little weird. I also had a CEL and code about the passenger throttle actuator control. The Stillen Gen3 has been installed on countless 370z and G37s and doesn't have this issue. They did allow me to come by and have the screw fixed as well as the couplers but said they won't be able to fix the code. During the time of this install my custom grille was also loosened at the top. I found out later that it was missing a screw on the top, for some reason. When I installed it, the screw was there and the grille was flush and stable. I added a screw once again to resolve the issue myself.

There was also a minor scratch on the driver side intake (I paid to have it powder coated before bringing it to them) but it was not too bad and it was real close to the front of the vehicle so I didn't make a fuss about it. However, when I came back to have the screw they broke off replaced and couplers aligned, they scratched up the passenger side intake a decent amount. That's unacceptable to me.

They are always good people in communication and will take the time to listen to you explain anything you specifically want done -- but with the combination of issues with install service and difficulty contacting them as well as arrangement of rides and inability to always keep appointments.. it's just too many things at once.

After they replaced the screw, the code for throttle actuator control didn't appear but I started getting a rear passenger window up remote code. Something they're doing under there seems to be throwing codes in my car. It doesn't necessarily mean they broke it.. maybe it had to do with disconnection/reconnection of battery and the ECU freaking out for some reason.

The alignment overall of the intake and exhaust was beautiful. They do definitely pay attention to detail as far as placement.

They also don't get the interior all dirty, but they do move my seat every time. I'm tall so I can understand them moving it closer, but it seems like they could drive it the short distances they need (and not even on the streets) without changing my seat position. I'm not sure on that one because I don't live life that short.

It’s been about 4 months after they applied PPF to my car and they did a great job with it. Quick turnaround and good communication throughout the process and there have been no follow-up issues. Highly recommended and they have experienced personnel who will make the best decision for your car.

Great people, quality of work is outstanding! I would highly recommend MSA to anyone for simple window tint jobs to high complexity repairs or modifications such as suspension systems or vehicle wraps. The storefront is very attractive and the staff is beyond helpful.

UPDATE.....refund finally arrived in mail and was not for entire amount I paid. I paid 81.56 and received 75.00 back. While it's not an incredible amount of $, it's the principal of the matter and that I was told I would get a refund not a partial refund. It is pretty bad to have to go to this level to let everyone know what a headache this adventure has been. We have been loyal crain buyers (5 vehicles) and get vehicle serviced at crain as well, so they definitely get $ from us. Sure wish this could have ended differently.

Had 2 front windows done on a brand new vehicle. After first visit there were bubbles in both windows, so they agreed to strip and redo. Once second visit was done had bubbles yet again! They offered to redo a third time or strip and refund our money. We opted for refund due to inconvenience of only being able to take Monday thru Friday, wait 2 hours each time (they did offer loaner for third visit once i let them know i was displeased and how inconvenient this was) and the fact that they have already been done twice. Once I got windows stripped and was getting ready to leave i was notified that they would mail my money back. Well here we are 3 weeks later and no money and no return call after several attempts to contact them. Very disappointing! You would think that if they can build a truck for SEMA they would be able to get some tint right.

I bought a light bar from these guys, there was a problem with it, no fault of theirs. They stood behind the product and took care of me. I would use them again.

Brian and his team have gone out of their way to help my friends and I several times, and did not charge me a penny. He is very knowledgeable and what he doesn't know, he will find out and get back with you very quickly. I have never had a bad experience with MSA. I appreciate all that they offer and do for automotive enthusiasts in Conway.

One of the best places to get a Tint Job at great prices. Also have any optional part you could want they can order for you car/truck/jeep you want at great price and fast. They also do custom jobs and install!

Brian and the guys at MSA customized numerous cars for us at Kia of Conway. They are friendly, professional, and experienced in what they are doing. We've always been impressed with the work done by these guys and loved working with them.
