Mark and his crew were great to work with! They screened in my back porch and installed a screen door on the porch and a storm door on the front of the house. Mark took my general concept for the porch and explained in detail how he would make it happen, and the cost was very reasonable. The work was done professionally and efficiently, and when I called because of a minor issue he sent his crew right back and they took care of it promptly. We will definitely use M & R again!

Mark did a great job at a more than fair price. We compared prices for a lot of remodeling services in Topeka and M&R had great reviews but also great prices. He got the job done quickly and always replies to texts/calls in a timely manner. We hired Mark for a flooring install and also to put up about 180' of privacy fencing.

So thankful I found M&R REMODELING.

We had a 119ft long 6ft tall privacy fence installed and it looks great. Mark was very friendly and very professional. We had other bids and no one could beat his. It was almost too good to be true. He was a man of his word and the work got done when he said it would. I will definitely use M&R Remodeling in the future for any updates to the house.

Had Mark & Company do a fairly small couple of jobs for me---wallpaper removal and painting 2 small bathrooms, and installing new floor vinyl in the same rooms. Very good quality of work! On time, neat, very reasonable in price. Would highly recommend them! They WILL be getting future work from me when the need arises. Extremely pleased.

Great, reliable, quick service. They did a 17x17 patio for us, and a 205ft fence, from first contact to finished product took only 2 weeks. We are beyond happy with the result, and we will be using this company for all of our future projects. Great price for the service as well.
