Ali and his team came out to my residence on short notice for inspection of a suspected roof leak. Upon arrival he was on the roof very quickly and informed me that the suspected leak was coming from a skylight. A repair and adjustment to the seal and flashing was performed and I have not noticed the leak inside the house since.

While he was on the roof he also used a leaf blower to clear off any debris left on the roof from the trees. Afterwards he asked to use garden hose to clear out the gutters.

The whole interaction was seamless, professional and very efficient with a very fair price for the service I received (only asked to inspect one thing and ended up getting an entire cleaning).

Within 24 hours, Ali had a detailed estimate for the basement rebuild, highlighting his experience working with insurance companies. He mentioned that the initial estimate from Liberty Mutual was incomplete, missing crucial line items and codes necessary to restore my property to its pre-loss condition. He spoke to my insurance adjuster and got over 7k added to my estimate with missing line items that where previously present and code items that were needed to have the rebuild done correctly.

Good guy! He came by on short notice and let me know the situation up on the roof quickly. He let me know that he didn't have exactly what I needed with him at the time but could get the work done as soon as next week. Not wanting to leave the area on my roof exposed due to the expected wind and rain in the forecast, he went and got me a tarp to cover the area from the until he comes to do the work. He put the tarp on nicely and made sure it was held in place firm due to the expected wind and rain. He quoted me a good price to get the job done. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Ali’s services enough! He was an exceptional asset in the insurance approval phase of our roof and siding replacement project that was required following a bad hail storm. Ali has the experience and understanding to maneuver through the complex insurance approval process, which ultimately led to a full replacement of both the roof and the siding. The initial approval from the insurance company did not cover all of the damage and his knowledge and approach with my insurance adjuster was the only reason we were able to get the project done correctly.

The crew was very friendly and hardworking, and left the job site as they had found it. Their work was high quality and comprehensive, working with top of the line replacement products, and they never cut any corners. Ali took pictures and videos of every stage of the project, from submitting the claim to the insurance company, through the final installation, so that he could walk us through the initial damage, and share with us the best ways to install the product so that it will last as long as possible, without defects or leaks, regardless of future weather conditions.
