Stephen was our service professional dealing with our oven. He had to come out 3 times because it turned out to be something else. Each visit he was very professional and did not try and steer us wrong. He explained his findings thoroughly and allowed us to make the final determination on which direction to go. Mr. Appliance will be our first call if any of the other appliances act up.

Although we chose not to repair our appliance, the customer service to beginning to end was awesome. They came 1 day after we contacted them! Unheard of right!!!

Mr Appliance could not repair my range. They said they would call me next day to discuss finding parts, they didn’t call. I called them 2 days later. They said they’d call back within a day. It’s been a
Week now and still no call back. They charged me $199 for service call when they told me on the phone it would be $139. Overall just not happy with the service

I called them. They got me in on the same day and had the part the second time I’ve used them. I’d love the company. Great job guys.

Stephan showed up early and was very courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it within the first hour. It was a pleasure talking with him while he fixed my dryer.

They were quick to reply and set up an appointment for me for my fridge issue. The technician was fast and friendly. Would definitely recommend them and use them again!

I’m very pleased with the response and results of Mr Appliance repairmen. They are quick, respectful and thorough. It’s easy to get an appointment and they have always been very friendly and respectful to me.

I would have given 5 stars except that the first technician ordered the wrong part. The second technician arrived a week later and discovered the wrong part had been ordered. He then ordered the correct part. It arrived a week later and delayed the repair by one week. Also, I strongly suspected the first technician had been smoking dope before arriving for the first appointment and that may have contributed to him ordering the wrong part for the first repair attempt. Both technicians were friendly and arrived during the appointed time periods.

On the first day of my service, the technician was late, and I didn’t receive a courtesy call to inform me that technician was running late. However, on the second service call the technician was on time. Both times of service in my home the technician was very friendly, technician explained the problem, and cleaned up after finishing the service job.
I would recommend this service to others.

Came to fix our dryer and did a great job. Was friendly and knowledgeable. Even went above and beyond and got the coins out of the dryer and opened the front of the washer to get the lost socks out

Great service again! They were able to schedule me for the next day and my dryer should be good for several more years now. I appreciate their 1-year warranty on their service also.

I cannot say enough about Mr. Appliance and the service they provided.
To be completely honest, I hadn't heard of this service when our heat pump dryer stopped drying. I made a mistake asking another local small company that has not been trained in this newer technology.

Nova arrived right on time, was very courteous and knowledgeable. She was considerate and professional. Had my dryer up and running quickly. I also had an excellent experience with their front office. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance.

I had a broken dryer. Appointment was easy to schedule. The employee that assessed the problem was on time, knowledgeable and courteous. A part had to be ordered and came within a week. The part was installed a week after the assessment visit and fixed the problem. The second visit had the same characteristics of the first. Would recommend.

Excellent service! I appreciated the diagnosis fee being applicable toward service costs when I chose service! It was quick to get scheduled and same day for the fix for both washer and dryer. Thank you!

Had our 2007 LG Dryer giving its death squeal and thought uh-oh to replace the set will be $$$$. Called Mr. Appliance and they were to work me in the next day after I called. I said yes, of course. Kyle came out and was very courteous and explained what was going on. He had the parts kit on hand and we went with it. Now dryer is working as it should. Don't hesitate, go with Mr. Appliance for all your appliance repair needs.

Ahead of time, I received an email from the company with the name and a photograph of the service person who was coming to our home. The repair person was professional and efficient. When he could not make the repair, because he needed a part, he explained why thoroughly. The following week he came In the window of time, supplied by the company, and made the repair in 10 minutes. Everything went smoothly and the cost was reasonable.

I always look online when I need a pro. I found this company quickly. Mr Appliance instills integrity in his staff and makes sure they use it. They are kind and professional. And for the First time I had a pro that was a lady!! She did a precise (Nova) and professional job, was finished quickly and left me with a renewed dishwasher that's ultra quiet once again! Kyle and his trainee Nova were absolutely lovely, it was the second time having Kyle in our home and we have no complaints. Even with understaffing, they did their utmost to communicate, were timely, did great work efficiently, well and quickly, and were incredibly pleasant under the stress of their workload. Tech (Kyle) was punctual, professional and precisely identified the issue and quickly made recommendations on repairs that remedied the issue.

Kyle with Mr. Appliance has been very helpful and was able to fix our appliances. Not only was he able to properly fix our appliances, he is also very polite and professional.

Issue couldnt be replicated, but the technician took his time to thoroughly clean and inspect and try his best to repeat the issue. time will tell!

Kyle did an excellent job of getting my microwave/ convection oven back up and running. Plus he was able to help me with a couple of other small repairs to my oven while he was here. I will definitely call Mr. Appliance next time I need an appliance repair.

The repair man was not only on time he was early! I was delighted because I had busy things to do in the afternoon. He very thoroughly checked out my dishwasher explaining to me what he did and followed an intuition to find the culprit that was plugging up the drain. He quickly removed it put everything back together again, cleaned up the area and was gone. He was pleasant, explained clearly what he was doing and did the job efficiently and without making a mess what more could I ask for? ?
