Dallas, Bill, Jack, and Tim did a great job on my yard for the annual spring clean-up. They were professional and courteous, and I plan to use their services again!

The young men who came and cleaned/mowed my yard this past Wednesday which hadn’t been mowed since last September did an excellent job! They were courteous and kind. I would highly recommend Cook Inlet Property Management and Maintenance.

Great service and responsive. I was out of town for several weeks during the great snowfall in December 2022. There was over four foot of snow in my driveway and a large berm left by the street plows. Tony came to the rescue and cleared my driveway in an hour, including the steps and deck to my front door. Thank you for your prompt and diligent service. I was relieved to come home to a fresh cleared driveway and pathway to my door.

We hired Cook Inlet Property Management to refinish our 500 sq. ft. deck. They were hired to pressure wash and sand the deck. They did a very good job on the deck itself, spending 3 full days of sanding. The finish job looked great, and we finished the deck with an appropriate stain.

Things they could have done better: (1) Communication by the crew could have been better. They showed-up on the day they said they would, but they came later in the day then we expected. They also started the sanding late in the morning and on one day they worked well into the evening. (2) They cleaned the deck when they finished sanding, and they tried to clean the dust off of the remainder of the house, but they did a poor job of it, as a lot of dust remained when they finished. We even had to get onto the roof to blow the dust off of it. There is still dust on the siding of our house. Probably only pressure washing it will completely get rid of the dust. They did a pretty good job, however, of protecting nearby landscaping from damage.

Very attentive to detail, professional staff and great communication! I would highly recommend to anyone in need of landscaping, maintenance and plowing.

We have used Tony's Enterprises now Cook Inlet Property Management for years for various projects from move out cleaning, dump runs, to patching dry wall and spring clean up / gutters and windows. Each time it's been excellent service. Kasandra is a dream to work with and will give you a fair quote for whatever service you need. We scheduled spring clean up and the crew was out the next day, yard looks great and it's one less thing I have to spend doing on the weekends. Can't recommend enough.

Recommend the hauling service, it went great! Workers were on time to Eagle River and did a fantastic job getting everything out quickly. They got all the furniture to fit in one load so it was reasonable priced. Kasandra at the office was very responsive, pleasant and informative about all the charges, more so than a couple of other companies I contacted. Thanks for the help!

Excellent Service! Had an issue w/our electronic dog fence and they came and fixed it right away. Joseph June was the service person and did an excellent job communicating what was going on and explaining how it would be fixed. I highly recommend them.

I have been using Cook Inlet property management and maintenance. For few years now. They do the spring cleaning and fertilizing of my yard. trimming of the trees. Landscaping. Deck and step replacement window replacements. I have always been satisfied with their quality work.

Needed a new portion of a fence and some landscaping done. Tony came and assessed our situation. We agreed on the price. On the assigned day the CIPMM team arrived and began to take care of business. They were efficient, on task, and had all needed supplies there on site. A few adjustments needed to be made but the team stayed on track. CIPMM completed the job in 2 days. Right on target!

Robert, Arbonar and Aleric did a great job installing are wireless fence. All three were very prompt and courteous.. They were very fast and efficient. Also pleasant to talk to.

The team that helped us was excellent in every way. Their quote was accurate, The job was started in a timely fashion. During the three phase project they were amenable to taking small requests for changes. The quality of the work was impeccable. Robert Lopez is truly a master craftsman and takes pride in his work. I would work with the company as well as him on any further jobs that I might have. Truly a "5 star" company.

Kasandra and lead foreman were great! They provided prompt, reliable and very thorough service. This is my first year using them, however, from what I hear this is the norm for them. Because they are so thorough, I suggest you establish an hourly cap for your yard service - these guys will work and find areas of your yard that you have forgotten about.

Cook Inlet Property Management has been doing our spring cleanup and yard work for approximately 10 years. Yesterday they came to our home to do our annual spring prep plus take away a considerable amount of debris from some tree trimming we had done over the weekend. There was a lot of debris plus we have a large yard. They were on it in a flash!! They had the entire yard mowed, bagged, fertilized and all the debris in their truck in a few hours plus our driveway swept and hosed down. No time was wasted by this crew! Definitely a 5 Star job! Thank you to Guy, Aaron, Will and 2 other crew members whose names we did not get!!

Joe and team just came out to the house and spent the afternoon setting up our lab pups' new DogWatch fence system. They were polite, informative, and got the job done competently. They worked efficiently, treated the property great, answered a lot of questions, and were very knowledgable on the system.

Lopez, Will and Joe were awesome! Completed everything fast than I thought and were very professional. Both Kasandra and Tony always were responsive and communicated through the process.

Yard crew did an excellent job on the spring clean up on our yard. Were careful around the rhubarb plants that were starting to grow. Did not hurt the new leaves coming up. Friendly, hard working and did a great job.

They got back to us, they showed up on time, they stayed in contact throughout the day and went above and beyond what they said they would be doing on our land and home. Very much appreciate the professional service.

We called to help install a light fixture in a stairwell. Robert responded the very next day and got everything installed. Very happy we called!

I'm updating my review. Their service continues to be high quality and very responsive. With all this snow, I have needed extra hand shoveling and gravel in addition to the snow plow. The are always so responsive and prompt and they always do the best job. We call for many different types of work and they can always handle what we ask for.

They provide top notch service. They are responsive and come out whenever I need them. They do a great job on our large driveway and they always pull out their shovels to do a great job on the front porch/steps. Robert and Ida came out last time and were very pleasant, professional and did a great job. I've used this service for several years now and they never disappoint. Joe and Lopes have recently performed a couple of spring jobs including spring cleanup of my very large driveway and porches. They did a beautiful efficient job! Last week, Joe and Lopes prepared two large garden plots including digging up weeds, adding compost and fertilizer and working the soil to 8 inches deep. I am so happy that I now have garden plots ready to plant! Very nice job!

Absolutely love these folks. They do an amazing job plowing our driveway. Joe takes care to make sure he shovels out or mail box and our small walkway so that everything is safe. He and his crew even shovel out our trash and recycle bins so we can push them out to the street. Top notch and professional. I highly recommend them.

I have had the pleasant experience of dealing with Joe, through Tony at Dogwatch. Both times Joe has been not only thorough and reliable at his work, but also kind and understanding. As a disabled woman his attention to my specific needs is a quality seldom found in today's world. Needed my drive way plowed! Joe June and Wes Burton were there fast. Not only did they bring the plow truck but they brought shovels and ice scrapers! Very meticulous! Signing up for a contract since I work out of town.

The team at Cook Inlet Properties couldn’t be more pleasant to deal with, and when I was in a hurry to prep my house for sale, they dedicated 3 workers for 2 days on short notice to get it done. They came in to to shore up the driveway to prevent "slacking" off on one side and secure the abutment at the front walkway, and seal the driveway, but the project was rapidly expanded by myself into a larger project, including replacing landscape blocks and leveling the front walkway. Needed gutters cleaned during very busy season ... hard to get someone to come without a long wait, but Cook Inlet sent two men the day after I called and they spent an hour cleaning gutters, downspouts, roof, inspecting turban vents, and doing a very good job for a very fair price. They carted away all the leaves though this wasn't in the contract. I responded to a postal card ad they had mailed out ...
