Mountlake Construction did a beautiful job in our bathroom remodel. The bathtub tile was done perfectly. Elvis, the owner suggested our new bathtub style, it turned out to be amazing. His crew showed up on time, were professional, and completed the job exactly when he said it would be done. I would recommend these guys to anyone confidently, you will be satisfied with their work.

Mountlake Construction are the best! they are true craftsmen. They did a great job for us on a remodel. Converted an extra room into a master bathroom. I cannot believe how fast and good they were. unlike other contractors, what they said they will do they did. They finished the job making sure that every detail was done. Thank you Elvis!

Elvis (the owner) and his father does absolutely remarkable work. Due to wear and tear as a result of time, and the dreary weather of Seattle, the stucco balcony of my home had been severely damaged and in need of expert repair. I had called numerous construction agents and building companies in search of someone to restore the balcony to its original state - such inquiries were met either with lack of knowledge as to how to renovate my balcony or downright refusal due to the intricacy of the work. As luck would have it, my pursuit finally found fruit when I contacted Mountlake Construction. Everything from the initial contact, to the product, to post-follow up greatly impressed me. The balcony of my home is now restored beautifully and will most certainly last for years to come. The entire process was explained to me in a detailed manner, and they did not hesitate to utilize top quality materials. Moreover, they were responsive to any questions or concerns I had, and even after the building was complete and I had some concerns, they came in person to follow up. Overall, a highly recommended contractor for your building needs, look no further!

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
