Mountain West Roofing did an excellent job replacing our old roof. Their bid was very competitive. Mountain West was amazing! They were so helpful. The service was great, did what they said they would do, showed up when they said they would, helped me all the way through the process, and installed a beautiful roof! Such a great job, couldn’t be happier with them.

Brennan and his crew were exceptional.
Imagine the crash. The giant snowfall was melting, but unbeknownst to me water had been rolling under my tile roof, supposedly guaranteed for 100 years, under the ice shield for years, soaking and rotting the plywood base. With these consecutive snow dumps and melts my ceiling sheetrock secretly absorbed the water and finally fell in. Crash, into my bedroom. Timing was imperative.
I got 6 bids. Three bids were the big mistake called roofing salesmen. Those are not worth mentioning.

Brennan, from Western Roofing, Payson, showed up having already measured my roof thanks to his google maps roofing software, and explained the pros and cons of replacing my roof with tile againk and the different choices of a new asphalt roof. We chose asphalt. He and his crews started working within 2 days.

Gave us a very honest evaluation of our roof and situation. We opted to go ahead with them installing new shingles. They cleared all the old to make sure there was no water damage under the old shingles. They are not just putting on shingles, they do what needs to be done to protect your roof and home from all kinds of damage. Brennen is super knowledgeable, and does what is best for your home design and location. They were also incredibly fast!

Brennen and crew did an outstanding job on our very complicated, new construction roof. He is an excellent communicator - always keep us informed on next steps. Great value for the money, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Replaced roof shingles. Removed turtle vents
and added a roof ridge ventilation system for better attic ventilation.
Set a schedule and gave me updates and reminders. Project completed in 1 day. I am very pleased with the quality and timeliness of the job. After seeing how beautiful the completed job is, my neighbors are very interested.

Responsive, thorough, and great to work with. We had problems with the slope of our roof and they jumped on it and resolved all of our concerns very quickly. Halfway through the job they noticed some of our shingles showed up the wrong color, and without any downtime, they worked with the manufacturer to get them all replaced. They handled everything very professionally and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Would highly recommend and use them again.
