This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've had as a homeowner. Here's what happened:

Someone from Evolve Construction came to my door and explained they could assist with repairs and help work with my insurance. Based on that conversation, I moved forward with the process. Nearly 11 months later, no repairs were ever completed at my home. (Edited to reflect my experience, not an accusation.)

Throughout the process, I often had to follow up myself to understand what was happening—communication felt inconsistent and difficult to navigate. Eventually, I received the following message:

“Additionally, your contractor has let us know that due to the scope of the current approval, they will not be able to proceed with repairs.”

At this point, I am now left to explore how to address the repairs on my own.

I want to be clear: I am not making any claims about the company’s intent or conduct—only sharing my personal experience. I regret moving forward in this case, and had I known how things would unfold, I would have handled the repairs differently. This experience has made me more cautious when approached with unsolicited offers, regardless of how confident they may sound.

They completed a full roof and gutter replacement for us. What impressed us most was how respectful the crew was—no loud music, no mess, and they worked nonstop. The workmanship is excellent, and the new system works flawlessly. Five-star service.
