I called yesterday for an emergency and the guy was really apathetic. Wouldn’t have cared, just needed the work done. The guy said “give me your address” so I did and then he said he’d be by “tonight”(8/22). I call to let me husband know and he needed to know a specific time so I called back 4 times and mailbox was full so I didn’t get through to even communicate. The guy never showed up. Or even called to tell us he wasn’t coming. We were waiting at this house all evening because we didn’t want to miss him. Friendly tip for a 5 star review: kindness, empathy and communication. Unfortunately, none of those were displayed here. if this is just one guy in your company I had a bad run in with, I’d love to resolve the issue asap and I’ll retract my review. (8/23)

I used this guy on several projects, hes one of the best in the business and not only will he get the job done right , he will make it affordable and done right the first time. I wouldnt be suprised if this guy had a degree in this field . Call this guy for your handyman needs and get the best service around!

We have hired Bobby to do couple of jobs for us. Great work every time. Bobby has replaced footrest motors on power recliners/lift chairs for us.
