I just had my home power washed by Karl. Very nice guy. He responded promptly to my request for a quote and got me on his schedule as soon as I accepted his bid. He did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone.

This afternoon, I contacted KHS Exterior Home Services to get a bid on gutter cleaning. Within one hour, Karl came to the house, gave me a bid which I accepted, and he immediately, got the ladder and cleaned the gutters. Then he cleaned up what had dropped on the bushes and patio.
What a great job. I plan to call him the next time I need service.

I requested an estimate from KHS for cleaning and gutter covers. Karl came out to our house the next day, but upon seeing some damage to the gutters, he advised me to get two gutters replaced as soon as possible and before doing any other work. While his company doesn't replace gutters, he explained what should be done and told me what to expect from other estimates. I am so grateful for his honesty and integrity in this situation!

I googled gutter cleaning Chesterfield and KHS popped up. I read the great google reviews and thought based on the reviews looks like a trustworthy company. Appointment was made for the next day. Karl, the owner, explained all the options for the gutter cleaning. The price he quoted seemed reasonable and since he arrived early he could even do the work right then. He was very informative, professional, and thorough. We have a large 2 story house and the price for the gutter cleaning was reasonable. He cleaned out 5 large buckets of leaves. I would definitely recommend KHS to friends and neighbors and would use him again.

I found Karl and his business/work ethic to be enjoyable, and very professional, throughout my recent experiences with him and his company.
