Highly recommend. Morgantown Handyman Professionals were super responsive and professional throughout. Got several jobs done promptly and to a high standard. I would recommend them and will be using their services again when needed.

This was not a mistake of a review. I didnt want to post a body to the review initially, however since the owners are calling it a mistake, I will.

Response time has been extremely slow and very difficult to get ahold of them. I was told they could perform services for us so I didnt call around to anybody else, waited a week to try and get them scheduled for the services. Then finally when they were working on getting us scheduled we were told they wouldnt do the work for us because we are property managers and not the homeowner, even though I told them this in the very beginning. Just a waste of time and would have been good to know the first time we told them so we could have gone with someone else instead of making our guests at the house keep waiting for a service to be completed.

They responded immediately and made a plan to inspect and assist. They kept us informed every step of the way, which gave us so much peace of mind. Morgantown Handyman WV, Jeremy and Samantha Bryan actually answered the phone when we called them for an estimate visit. They came to look at what we needed done at the end of their work day. We received a reasonable estimate in a timely manner. Our work was scheduled in a timely manner. A Real Estate company had recommended them. We are so glad that they did recommend them.
They did an excellent job on each of the repairs that they did for us. They paid attention to every detail. They are honest, pleasant and talented. My husband and I highly recommend them.

I have had Jeremy come out twice to address issues with my dryer. He, and his wife, are very professional. They respond to you in a timely manner and are fantastic to work with, very friendly, and reasonably priced.

Samantha and Jeremy helped us get our newly purchased home fixed up and more livable. We had a variety of different things that needed fixed. They redid the caulking in our bathrooms, installed all new doorknobs, readjusted a couple doors so they would close, installed some drawers in our cabinets, mounted a ceiling fan, and fixed the fence in the backyard which had been leaning. Through it all they were professional, polite, and extremely friendly. We couldn't recommend them more to anyone needing handyman services.

Samantha and Jeremy did a phenomenal job on painting and patching everything we needed in our home. They are extremely reliable, honest and really were perfectionists on the final product. My husband and I were also very happy to see how reasonably priced they were and will definitely be using again!

The estimate came back in a timely manner and was very reasonable. Due to permit limitations we ended up needing a different contractor but I would recommend Morgantown Handyman to anyone without second thought!

Thankful for the opportunity to review here. I sent an email inquiry with a laundry list of items I need assistance with on April 8th. I called 2 days later and spoke with someone who said they had received my email but was too busy to review it on detail. However, they assured me they would and get back to me by the end of that week. On April 18th I sent a follow up email inquiring about my request. As of today, April 25th, I've yet to hear from anyone at the company. Perhaps they do great work, but their communication and professional etiquette are sorely lacking.

The best service I have ever had for repairs. Very quick, effective, and above all professional. They made us feel like a priority. No one likes having a construction zone as a master bath. They did our entire bathroom ceiling demo, repair, and finish in less than a week. Highly recommended.
