Moreno's Contractors replaced our roof a couple of years ago. Due to a great experience at that time, when it was time to replace our windows and siding we didn't think twice about contacting Moreno's for this job. From the beginning to the end, it was stress-free for us. Milton was on top of everything, and was often on the job site not only making sure everything was going well, but also throwing in and doing some of the work himself. Communication was awesome - constantly and frequently contacted to give us updates. The crew was professional and friendly. The attention to details was appreciated. We would not hesitate to recommend Moreno's! Thank you to them - we love how our house looks! (And love the new prairie grid windows!!)

This company has been extremely professional. From the initial call to the work being performed all the way through to the finished product. Knowledgable, Attentive, High Professional standards

Moreno Contracting has been impressive throughout my home repair process.
The representative arrived on time and prepared with 3 price teirs of products. I was able hold a REAL model of how a roof is reshingled! It showed how each material is applied and helped me understand what I was paying for. Best yet, the representative heard what I wanted to do and evaluated my current structure. Instead of the usual "rip it out & all new" estimate, he shared how I could save money with a few adjustments to my idea.
When completing the roof, the workers were very respectful of my mess and all the kids' toys. The cleanup was above and beyond their debri! They kindly took a small stack of rubbish, too.
They were not the lowest estimate but they are knowledgeable, attentive and professional. They even pointed out discrepancies in my insurance estimate and encouraged me to talk to my adjuster. I was able to get more financial support from the insurance company. I feel my home is in caring hands when Moreno Contracting does my home repairs.

I had my entire roof replaced, this company is very professional and do excellent work, they completed my massive roof in a day and a half, from inspection to installation everything was simple and clean, I will wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone that needs work done.

I recently had an excellent experience with them due to damage over my siding and roof; Milton came the following day. He's courteous and professional, and his work and expertise were outstanding. I can't complain about anything, everything that his team and he did surpass expectations and quality of work.
I couldn't be more than grateful after what they did.

I have used this company several years ago . New siding, roofing,windows and doors. Final price was below estimate and I was surprised at that . Most companys would not come in lower then estimate . I felt good using this company. This repair was due to wind damage not poor workmanship. Great company to deal with. Thank you Milton

This was the first time I've had to replace a roof and I was not looking forward to it. Rolando and his team made the entire process as good as it could possibly be. He gave us a quick estimate, the price was the best deal I had received out of 3 different bids, and his team was on time and did a great job on the roof. Would highly recommend Moreno's to anyone.

Morenos did our siding, sofets, gutters and and wrapped the facia. They did an excellent job, were on time and very reasonable pricing.

Moreno's did an amazing job! They replaced some damaged siding and then repainted the house. They were thorough and professional! They kept me in the loop when they found any additional damage and were never hesitant to reach out to make sure the paint detail was exactly what we wanted. The paint job turned out better than I hoped! They replaced our roof in 2019 and their work on that was fantastic as well. I will definitely be contacting them in the future for any additional work we need. I highly recommend them.

Rolando and his wife run an excellent roofing replacement company. They also provide a wide array of other general contracting/construction services for your home. From the time I called to the time I received an estimate and then booking a time to replace my roof these guys were excellent friendly and provided the best value for my situation. I highly recommend using Moreno construction during your next roofing project.

I had a leak in my ceiling and called Moreno's. They promptly came out inspected my roof and determined it was my ridge vents that were defective. They took photos for me to see, gave me options and a quote. When they came to do the repairs, the staff was friendly and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. They even took pictures of the finished work for me to see. I would use them again in a minute if needed again!

Fantastic - I could not have asked for a better experience! Moreno's replaced our roof, siding, gutters, etc., and completed a pretty significant repair on a rotted flat roof. It was a big job, but absolutely everything is perfect! And, thanks to Danny's assistance, we were able to get our insurance company to assist with some of the cost due to a recent hail storm. Navigating insurance companies is a challenge, but Danny did it all... thank you! We have been happy since the first call to Moreno's. Danny returned our call and remained our primary point of contact until all was finished. There was no hand-off from the sales side to the project foreman. This was great and fostered a trusting relationship. In addition, there were no surprises along the way, as Danny was very transparent on anything the crew discovered and we certainly appreciated their attention to detail. The communication was very, very detailed and anytime we had questions, Danny was very quick to address. It's important to trust the company you hire for such a large job, or even for a small job. I'm glad we trusted Moreno's and I have no doubts they will continue doing great work for other customers! I might not need a new roof or siding for a while, but if I ever need anything similar, I know who I'll call! I provided before and after photos for you so you can zoom in and see all of the detail work they did!

I recently wanted an attic fan installed in my home so I called Moreno's Contractor LLC. They said they could do the work and sent one of their people over to survey my attic and roof. He was a most pleasant fellow and after looking in my attic and at the roof he immediately knew exactly what I need. They ordered the fan and within a week their men showed up and within with in a couple of hours had the attic fan completely installed. They were very pleasant and very professional I can't think of another company that would work as efficiently and is as reasonably priced as Moreno's Contractor LLC.

Unbelievably amazing. Working with Danny was a true godsend! We got many different quotes from roofers and Moreno's was by far the least expensive and our roof looks fantastic! I can't recommend them enough!

Moreno's replaced our roof last year and did a fantastic job. Danny was very friendly, knowledgeable, and a great all around guy. The roof looks fantastic, was done quickly, and they thoroughly cleaned up afterwards.

Since then, they've been our go to for other things such as siding and always do great work.

There are two basic types of workers. Those who watch the clock and those that don't. Those that do the bare minimum and those that go the extra mile. Those that are just in it for the paycheck and those that take pride in their work. Those that you would not recommend and those that you definitely would. We would definitely recommend Moreno’s.

Very fast, extraordinarily well priced, and highly professional. They made a very stressful full replacement of a 20 year old roof not only quick but pain free. By quotes at least two times more affordable than every other reputable roofer around, and well established with the BBB- and deservedly so.

Moreno’s Contractor is hands down the best to deal with and will be my first call for all future needs. Rolando, Wendy and two roofers were professional and easy to deal with. They outperformed my expectations. Professional, timely, quality work and maintained a very high level of communication. I was referred by a building contractor and also few friends. I was looking for GAF HD Timberline Architectural and they had the best price in town and also their finish product is just amazing. I love my new roof!

We had them come out to repair a hole in our siding, where a bird had taken up residence. They were able to come out on the same day and you can’t even tell a piece of siding was replaced, perfect match. My husband was happy that they humanely “evicted” the bird as he thought others would probably have not been so kind or taken the time. :)

We contacted them for an estimate after a bad wind storm over the weekend. A lot of roofing companies were backed up with work due to damage on so many homes. Moreno's came out within a few days. They were able to repair our roof the same day as the estimate. The roofer was friendly and quick. Pricing was reasonable as well.

I needed my skylight replaced. It had multiple cracks and air, snow and rain kept sneaking in. They came out and replaced the entire thing. The job was completed very quickly and I loved the outcome! I would highly recommend them!

GLORIOUS!!!

So, we needed our roof replaced. It was very old and was disentigrating. I got quotes from every company within 50 miles, to include the northern Virginia, DC and Maryland areas. Moreno's came in at the best price. Their work was not only perfect, but their use of good quality materials and not cutting any corners paid off when a large tree fell on our roof!!! The damage was very minimal compared to what it would have been if the roof was not so well constructed! In fact, their work was so good that we have used them twice now!!! They were very fast, the girls in the office were professional, thorough and patient! If you need a new roof and you don't want to get robbed by an industry filled with people that will sell you things you don't want or need, you need to call Moreno's!!! They are GLORIOUS!!!
